Be productive by doing less

As a student, I have some of my fellows who used to enjoy the whole semester and end up the semester on scoring good grades. Well, the thing is that they followed proper plans when they have to rest, the time they have to spend in chit chat or enjoying, and when they have calmed down and composed to be more productive and complete tasks in less duration.

On the other hand, I have seen people who study day and night. At friends gathering their talk start with studying and ends up in a study but still not able to score good grades. The reason, overthinking a single aspect. In this article, I will share what people do to be more productive in less by doing in time.

productive people are aware of when to rest and when to work

If you analyze the life of successful people you will find self-discipline. A proper life schedule they follow in which they manage time for business, family, and hobby which most probably is book-reading. Productive people are not over-thinkers they believe in actions rather just worrying about an aspect.

And if we observe the life of an unproductive person we will observe him thinking or talking. haha... I have to do this task, it is a huge one or a burden upon me. Ultimately time gone tasks remain uncompleted. Later on, those people will blame circumstances or society. Remember successful people are not lucky. They follow a proper schedule and believe in hard work along with smart work first and some proportion of luck factor in the end.

Break a complicated task into smaller task

Productive people instead of thinking about how much time this long project will take break it into parts. It becomes easier for them to complete the task. By completing each small part their confidence boost that they are capable of doing so. If you have to eat bread you will break it into smaller bites. Even a bodybuilder is not able to eat the whole bread at all. Similarly, it becomes simpler by breaking a huge task into parts.

Productive people are not egotistic

If you notice the life of an unsuccessful person you will find him egotistic. He believes that no one is better than him and never asks for help but a productive and successful person believes in completing tasks earlier. First, he will try his best later if he is unable to complete that task he will ask for help.

Productive people are humble they conscious that the ego is their enemy. Those people never hesitate to ask for help when they are struggling. They know that taking advice from a senior will complete their task earlier as they are more experienced.

Closing thought

Everyone wants to be more productive by doing less. And yes it is not difficult every person can do it. Simply they have to be self-disciplined, well aware of their productive and unproductive, humble,e and most importantly respect everyone. Productive believing actions rather than building castles in the air.
