Avoid toxicity and look young
I learned in so far journey in life that most negative thoughts arise in our lives because of our mindset or toxicity that we transfer into our brain. Let me ask you a question whenever we watch ourselves in a mirror, how many times do we positively motivate ourselves? no, our focus is always on negative points that what I lost what I can achieve, etc.
Is worrying a solution to the problems that we are facing? not only our actions that will decide our future. Yes, I know failure is painful. But remember one thing failure is a prove you learn a lesson and are on track. Nothing will achieve without effort, even Edison, failed 99 times in his experiment that we are!
We win failed in an experiment, it is not a failure, a mistake you should not repeat next in the future. Hurdles in our are the test of our personality are we strong enough to get this designation or post. Better to focus on negative points rather than worrying. Because worrying is not a solution only action that will prove fruitful.
We read success stories of great personalities in our life, what common in all of them is that they are dedicated and passionate about the destination and already conceived in their subconscious mind that they are unstoppable and the future belongs to them.
If we deeply analyze our personalities we will come to know that the things making us worry is not as worthy as we assume. Most of our worries are at a psychological level that is eating us like sweet poison. This is not a good thing because, in the end, no one care about you don't matter how much you care about them.
Remember one thing all the relations of this world are temporary and you don't even know the next month will happen so why should we care for them or destroy our mental health for those who don't even care about us. I better end up those relations which give you only worries rather than happiness.
Worrying about the small things destroys people's looks and personality, if you can a thing that makes you worry try all the possible ways to seek out it but if you can't do so it's better to forget it. Because life is too short to run after them or worry for them don't waste your emotions on those people, your time, and your words are so crucial don't waste on those who don't value them.
Conclusions
I saw it in this society only a few people care about someone's true feelings, most of the people play with their hearts, and in the end, worry and mental disorders are their fate. One-sided things only lead to psychological worries which have no good results. Things should be two ways, and each of them has equal efforts to make it strong.
