- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3.5 cups of frozen ravioli
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 6.5 cups of broth
- 3 teaspoons of dried mint
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the tomato paste to it and fry for a few minutes. Add the broth to it and let it boil.
When the broth boils, add the ravioli and chickpeas to it.
Then add the salt and mint and cook for about 20 minutes until the ravioli are soft. Serve hot.
Have a good meal in advance.
It is a very good local soup.
