Hi everyone, beautiful people.

I have prepared very beautiful tea time recipes from Turkish cuisine for you. 5 awesome and very easy recipes.

I'm starting.

First, there's a recipe I learned from my grandmother. Recipe for unleavened doughnuts. It's a really great flavor.

UNLEAVENED MUFFIN (GRANNY MUFFIN)

Materials:

- 1 cup yogurt

- 1 cup milk

- 1 cup vegetable oil

- 3 eggs (to be rubbed on one's yolk.)

- a pinch of salt

- 1 pack of baking powder

- as much flour as he gets

For internal mortar:

- 1 vineyard parsley

- curd cheese

- grated onion

- Flake pepper

Its making:

Put all the ingredients I've written for the dough into a deep bowl and knead nicely.

Wash the parsley nicely while waiting for the dough. After finely mincing, grate the onion on it.(I don't normally put onions in, but I did and it was awesome .)

Add the curd cheese to the eye. After putting a little pepper flakes, mix well.

Take a piece of dough and open it so that it is a tiny round. Put cheese between them and cover them so that they are a D-shape.

After placing the doughnuts on the tray, apply the egg yolk on them.

You can also sprinkle black seed and sesame if you want.

After cooking, you can eat with pleasure.

VICIOUS ( KISIR)

Materials:

- fine bulgur

- olive

- tomato paste

- pomegranate sour

- lemon juice

- parsley

- spring onions ( also dried onions)

- lettuce

- red cabbage

- cucumber

- pepper

- mint

- Flake pepper

- oregano

Its making:

You can do as much as you want because I didn't give the measure for this recipe. An eye decision.

First, take as much fine bulgur as you want into a deep bowl and put enough boiling water to pass over it.

Cover it so that the Bulgars swell nicely.

Then wash the Greens and ingredients to be washed beautifully and chop them into small pieces. Chop the remaining red into small pieces. Pour some salt and lemon on it and crush. Chop all the ingredients and put them in a bowl .

Bulgur has swollen nicely during this time.

Put olive oil and tomato paste on top. Mix beautifully. Then add the pomegranate sour and lemon juice. After adjusting the sour, put the desired spices. Mix again nicely and put in the chopped ingredients.

Mix nicely without crushing too much.

And this recipe is ready.

You can eat it with chilli team pickles with bitter flakes on it. It's a really good recipe. Enjoy your meal.

CIGARETTE PIE

Materials:

- 1 pack of yufka ( 6 pieces)

- parsley

- curd cheese

-salt

Its making:

This recipe is very, very easy.

Place the yufkas on top of each other and cut into 13 triangular pieces.

Wash the parsley nicely. Finely chop and mix with curd cheese. And adjust the Salt.

Take a piece of yufka and put a little cheese mixture on most of it and wrap it. Soak the end part and glue it. That way, your burritos don't fall apart. Then you can fry it in plenty of oil and eat it with pleasure.

A very, very simple recipe. Definitely try it..

PASTA SALAD

Materials:

- a packet of pasta

- 1 cup mixed side dish (boiled peas, carrots and potatoes)

- 5-6 gherkin pickles

- yogurt

- mayonnaise

- salt

Its making:

Boil the pasta to medium hardness and leave to cool. While it cools, chop and mix the garnish and marinade. (Chop the marinade to the size of the side dishes so that they are the same. )

Make a sauce of yogurt, mayonnaise and salt.

Stir in the pasta, garnish and sauce.

Enjoy your meal.

SPINACH CAKE

materials:

- 4 eggs

- 1 cup sugar

- half a cup of liquid oil

- 1 cup spinach puree

- 2 cups flour

- 1 pack of baking powder

- 1 pack of vanilla

For the cream:

- 2 packs of whipped cream

- 3 cups milk

- and some milk to soak the cake

Its making:

First, scratch some spinach leaves a little and mash them.

While it cools on the edge, beat 4 eggs until foamed. Add the sugar on top and continue to whisk nicely.

Add the other ingredients and mix nicely. Pour it on a tray and send it to the oven.

Prepare the cream while it cooks.

Mix the whipped cream and milk nicely.

When it gets consistency, put it in the cupboard and cool. It'll have a better consistency in the fridge.

Cool once the cake is cooked. Once cool, cut a little bit off the edge. Pass it through the Rondo and smash it.

Soak the cake in milk. After soaking, rub the cream on it. After the cream, sprinkle over the cake pieces passed through the Rondo.

You can decorate it with fruit particles if you want.

I recommend you to try out. It's a delicious cake.
