I came back with good recipes.

I'll start with a meal from the area where I live.

Yoghurt ( YOĞURTLAMA)

Materials:

- oil

-salt

-potatoes

-pepper

-pumpkin

-eggplant

- onion

-yogurt

- garlic

Its making:

First, we prepare the yogurt.

You can use as much yogurt as you want.

Crush the garlic and mix with the yogurt. Add the salt and lift it into the fridge.

Let the yoghurt and garlic melt until the vegetables are golden brown.

Peel the potatoes. Chop long.

Let them fry in hot oil.

Then peel the aubergines in a zebra shape and chop them round. After the potatoes, fry it, too.

Then chop the pumpkins round and fry them.

Chop and fry the onions in rings.

Fry the last peppers and turn off the stove.

When you want to eat, pour the yogurt on it and stir.

A great dish. In the summer, we will not be missing our table. You should try it .

Both easy and delicious.

LENTIL PATTIES (MERCİMEK KÖFTESİ)

I have to measure this recipe.

Materials:

- 1.5 cups red lentils

- 1.5 cups fine bulgur

- 3 cups hot water

- 2 dried onions

- 1 cup olive oil

- 3 tablespoons tomato paste

- black pepper, salt, pepper flakes and spices you want

- half a bunch of parsley

- some dill.

- a pinch of mint

- 5 spring onions

- lettuce

- lemon

Its making:

First, wash the lentils and take them into the pot.

Add 3 cups of hot water and cook.

After the lentils are cooked, add the bulgur on top and stir. In the meantime, close the bottom of the stove.

Chop the dried onions into a pan. Add olive oil on top and cook until pink.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes. Add the spices and set aside.

Finely chop all the Greens.

Add the tomato paste to the lentil and tomato mixture and knead nicely.

Be careful here, because your hand may burn. It's going to be a very hot mix.

After knead nicely, add the Greens and stir. There will be a consistency that sticks together.

Soak your hand with a little water and squeeze out the medium-sized meatballs.

It will be a much more beautiful presentation in this way you can put it on the lettuce you wash.

You can take a piece of lettuce from your meatballs and eat it by squeezing the lemon.

Materials:

- spinach

- feta cheese or sedimentary cheese

- onion

- fresh onion

- flour

- salt

- water

For the above:

- salt

- yogurt

- olive

Its making:

First, wash all the plays beautifully and finely chop them.

Add salt and cheese on top and mix nicely.

Also knead the ingredients I said for the dough. (If you knead the dough the night before and leave it in the fridge, you will open it more easily. The dough is rested and more flexible.)

Take your tray and grease it.

Roll the dough into small meringues. Start opening with a rolling pin.

Open it large enough to cover the base of the tray. At the bottom, there will be 3 yufka. 3 sprinkle the herb mixture over the jufka. Put a lot of it so it tastes better. After putting the grass, drizzle with a little olive oil and put 2 times more yufka. Add the herb mixture and olive oil again on the jufka.( If you want, you can put another layer of yufka and grass in this way. But I won't put it in the recipe.)

Put 3 more pieces on the grass. (Lubricate between the jufkas. It'll be crispy and delicious.)

After the Yufka process is finished, cut into small square slices.

Pour a mixture of olive oil,salt and yogurt profusely over it. Bake over and over in the oven until nicely browned.

It's one of the best dishes in the world.

It's really easy and very nice.

SEMOLINA HALVA (İRMİK HELVASI)

Materials:

- 2 cups semolina

- 2 cups sugar

- 1 cup milk

- 1 cup water

- 100 grams of margarine

- 1 cup walnut

- freezing

Its making:

First, mix the water, sugar and milk. Let the sugar melt nicely.

We buy margarine in a pot. After melting, we add the semolina and fry until it browns. Add the walnuts just before Browning. If added from the beginning, the Walnut will burn. It will be healthier to add towards the end.

Add a sweetened mixture of browned semolina and walnuts. It is necessary to be very careful when doing this , because a mixture of sugar, milk and water that comes into contact with heat will be splashed around. You can burn. Be very careful.

After adding the water, turn down the bottom and close the lid. Cook until drained. After you have one, you can close the bottom.

There are also Hot Lovers, but I prefer cold. Hot gets too sweet. you can serve it with ice cream.

- 3 lemons

- 1 orange

Freeze the lemons and orange in the freezer. Pass the frozen ingredients and sugar through the food processor. After breaking into small pieces, take it into a deep bowl and mix with water. If you mix it with your hand, it will miss each other even more. You can add as much water as you want according to the taste.

You can also multiply the sugar if you want.

I get 2.5 liters and more lemonade in my oil. It's like ice.

It'll be great with a little mint on it.

An enormous drink to cool off on hot summer days.
