Mantı (Ravioli)
Materials;
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 egg
- salt
For the inside;
- 250 grams of low-fat minced meat
- 1 medium onion
- pepper
- chili flakes
- salt
For the above;
- yogurt with garlic
- chili flakes
- butter
Its making
- in a large bowl, open the center of the flour, break the egg, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough, adding water little by little.
The dough will neither be too hard, nor too soft.
- make meringues from the dough and roll them out so that they are not too thin.
- add the flaked pepper, black pepper, salt and grated onion to the minced meat on the other side and knead it.
- put the small pieces that you cut off from the minced meat on the kamur that you cut square by square.
- deconstruct and shape the 4 corners of the dough together.
- when the ravioli become, throw them into boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. In the meantime, melt the butter, add the chili flakes dec it and set aside. ( You can make spicy sauce with tomato paste. I recommend this because I like chili flakes and butter sauce. You can diversify it to your own taste buds.)
- put the ravioli on a plate and pour the yogurt with garlic on it. Sprinkle the chili sauce we have made on the base.
