The rules of law are orders and prohibitions established by the authorized bodies of the state and regulated by algebra regulating human behavior.
What we call the rule of law is a sentence expressed grammatically by word or writing. According to the definition above, in order for a sentence to be a rule of law, it must meet the following four conditions :
1- it must contain an order or a ban .
Sentences and propositions that do not contain an order and a prohibition do not become a rule of law.
For example, the propositions "it's nice today", "it's going to rain tomorrow ", " the leaves of this tree are green " cannot be the rule of law. yesilmaz. These do not contain orders and prohibitions.
In contrast, sentences such as " it is forbidden to smoke in the classroom ", " turn out the lights ", " help your father in need" can be a rule of law. Indeed, there is a commandment or a prohibition in them.
The fact that the rules of law contain an order or a prohibition , that they express what should be a " normativity " is called.
2- it must be aimed at regulating human behavior.
For example ;
- a rule ordering the killing of an ox that decorates and kills a person is not a rule of law.
- in addition, an order that the sun rises at five o'clock every morning cannot be a rule of law.
3- the order and prohibition in question should not be issued by any person, but by the authorized bodies of the state.
