- 2 chopped onions for cooking
- 500 grams of minced meat
- salt / pepper
- 2 cups finely ground walnuts
Ingredients for the dough;
- 3 cups of thin bulgur

Ingredients for over;

Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the onions and fry, when the onions begin to soften, add the minced meat, season and fry well. When the minced meat is cooked, add the nutmeg, mix and set aside to cool.
For the dough; put the thin bulgur in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover it and wait for the bulgur to swell. While the dough is still warm, add the semolina and knead it, then add the salt and egg and continue to knead. In the meantime, constantly wet your dec with water. In order for it to become a dough, add water continuously and knead thoroughly for about 15 minutes until the consistency of semolina and thin bulgur paste is obtained.
To combine, cut walnut-sized pieces out of the bulgur dough, make a round ball and turn it into a dish with your fingers, constantly wetting your hand, put it in a minced mortar and again close the dough by constantly wetting your hand. Prepare all the other remaining ingredients in this way as well.
