1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 750 grams of lamb cubed meat
- 15-20 shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 pointed peppers
- salt / pepper
- powdered red pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cup of broth
- dried thyme
Put the sunflower oil and butter in the pan and fry.
Take the meat inside and fry it for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add the shallots and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the coarsely chopped peppers, sauté for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes that you have cut into cubes, turn them around.
Add the broth and spices other than dry thyme, turn it down, close the lid and cook for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with dry thyme, without taking it off the january.
Mix and serve one turn.
