Hope. Season. Provision. Date:February 25,2022 Author: Sequoia **Yeeeey! It’s FriYAAAYYY!** The last day of the week and Friday of the month. Feels like yesterday was just the start of the month but now, we only have few days left before it ends. I am afraid to evaluate my performance for this month because I may fail some of my goals. However, failing to accomplish your goals in your specific timeline doesn’t mean that it’s already the end of the world. As long as the sun is still rising, there is hope and things to look forward onto. Let’s not be so harsh with ourselves and give it mercy. I am certain that each of us have our season to bloom and we just need to be patient enough for that time to come, and rest assured that our wait will be worth it. That’s what I keep on reminding myself whenever I decided to enter a new atmosphere and world. Nothing comes in an instant. Even the instant foods aren’t instant at all. Instant noodles still need to be cooked through hot water for example. See? Everything has its proper process, regardless of how long or short it takes. Patience is one of the most fundamental things in order to be successful in life and grow as a person. Patience will make us realize that beautiful things take time. You cannot dictate an egg to produce chicks right away, because if you crack with your own hands, then you shouldn’t expect anything from it. See? When we force to do things in our own will, most of the time, we will just destroy it. We should learn to surrender everything to God. And when I say everything, that basically includes your plans, relationships, jobs, burden and other things. We can work harder or smarter, day and night, but if God won’t allow it to happen, we can do nothing about it. Everything we have right now comes from Him. We should never forget to thank Him with every bit of blessings that we receive. However, blessings isn’t just all about material possessions, it is more than those tangible things. Blessings come in many form. Our lives, good health, true friends, good days and a lot more. We shouldn’t just see God as a genie. Beyond the provision that he gives, he alone is provision. He alone is enough. And when He is enough, we are enough as well. Great confidence should be given to God alone and not o the people around us. Human as we are, we cannot avoid that we often fails and break promises. Reason why we shouldn’t expect too much from other people. On the other hand, allow me to insert about what is happening between Russia and Ukraine. Well, I don’t really know the reason behind the attack of Russia to Ukraine but let’s just pray for everyone’s safety and peace. Hopefully, this war will not get worst and they will be able to resolve whatever conflict between the two countries there is. My heart and prayer goes to the innocent victims of this war. Rest assured that God won’t abandon His people. Let’s hope for the best. ________________________ Today marks my 7 days of being in the Chad’s P3 racing guild and still waiting to be part of the scholars. I’ve been trying my best to be active in there as much as possible. I wanted to own a pega but I just couldn’t afford it and so, I’ll just hope to be given a scholarship, maybe not so soon, but someday.
