Living in the past, preoccupying our minds with worrying about the future, and judging the people we come across as an automatic observer makes us miss the present. We are happy in the presence of a beautiful view, the richness of colour, scent and design offered by nature. If we keep looking, if we just think about this beauty and watch it to the fullest, there is no problem. It means “We are making full use of the blessing”. In short, we are in the "Awareness Dimension".

However, if we are simultaneously thinking about what will happen the next day or what we experienced last week, happiness disappears. Awareness also disappears. Our mind is in a whirlpool of thoughts and emotions that have captured itself. It is a fact that exists in human nature; The person cannot see what they are looking at, he is just immersed in the preoccupation of the mind, that beauty is just an image for him.

Sometimes we become a prisoner of our thoughts and feelings. They hover in our minds and rule us. We cannot understand, think and interpret the beauties in front of us, the characteristics of the moment we are in, and the positive contributions they will make to our lives. In a way, we are in a “sleep-walking” state.

The person in the awareness dimension observes his own feelings and thoughts. He looks at them like an outsider. He does not reject his thoughts and feelings, does not judge them, does not try to suppress them.

Mindfulness is a method that involves concentration. There is a conscious development of attention. When the ability to comprehend and understand is combined with the habit of being open, staying neutral, not judging, not dwelling on people and events, accepting them as they are, it becomes easier to concentrate attention and gain a peaceful awareness.

Awareness ensures that we are not disturbed by unpleasant experiences. Since we will be unresponsive or minimally responsive to what is happening at the moment, our tendency to suffer, grieve, worry first decreases and eventually goes down to a zero level state. This is an important contribution to our happiness. It is the way... Positive or negative, it accepts the past as it is, with instantaneous time periods and completely.

People who experience unhappiness often regret, regret, or feel guilty about their past experiences. Anxious people also fear the future. We dream, we get away from daily reality.

The person who is “aware” stops the painful mental activity, accepts the past as it is, accepts the environment and people without judgment.

The most specific definition of the awareness skill is to protect our perception level of what is outside and inside us, our strength, from successive moments. As a result, a clear and determined state of consciousness, “Awake Posture” is gained at those moments.

Those who gain high-level awareness skills approach life with a new perspective. They become spiritually integrated with people, with the world, with the universe, and as a natural result of these, with God, regardless of language, religion or race. For them, the concept of happiness takes on a new dimension.

This dimension, which we can define as "the greatest happiness", is to serve humanity and the universe. This is heaven on earth and that person has found the key to a happy, peaceful, energetic and loving life day and night.
