Recipe Name: Roast Chicken

Materials

Cornish hen - 2

It takes that ingredients to marinate

1 tablespoon whole black pepper (to be ground)

1 tablespoon whole white pepper (to be ground)

1 lemon leaf, four slices

Method

Rinse well with chicken skin and wipe dry. Then mix white, black and sea salt together and apply the mixture well on the chicken. And it should be applied well in the stomach. The diameter is no longer needed. Then leave it for a while (half an hour) in the oven at 480 and bake for about an hour. Must be seen occasionally so as not to burn. When the skin color is completely orange, you have to assume that the roast is complete. Then remove the pot, cut a leg piece with a knife to see if the meat is reddish in color. If not seen and if the meat is easily separated from the bones then the cooking is complete. With that I roasted some broccoli and red pepper for ten minutes.
