Almost every day in our lives,something happens that causes us to be angry.but anger does a lot of damage to our lives.for which something Very precious is lost from life.so anger must be suppressed.One thing must always be remembered "If you get angry,you lose!"
We can reduce our anger in different ways.
1.The subject that will get angry should be taken easily.
2.When there is a lot of anger over something, then pray and recite the Quran.Then all the anger will go away in an instant.
3.If you get angry,you listen to your favourite song 2-3 times with a cup of coffee.
4.When you get angry,try to sit in a quiet place and try to remember the most funny scenes.
5.You can watch cartoons on TV if you want,then the impression of anger will leave your face only a smile will remain.
If you can adhere to these points then your anger will be reduced a lot Insha Allah.
