Gender discrimination means showing different attitudes and giving different treatment to different people on the basis of their gender.

The girls are the wrost victims of gender discrimination.The girls are discrimination right from their birth.Gender discrimination tells upon the mental,physical,and psychological growth of the girls.

Their health and education are affected because of gender discrimination.The girls eat less than their male coucounterpart.So they become physically feeble.

Education of thr girls is not taken on a priority basis.If the parents can't afford the education of both son and daughter,the girl will be made to give up her education.Education of the girls is not considered essential.

The girls are married off their parents before they come of age.And in selecting the bridegroom the girl's opinion is considered useless.Even in the family the wife does not enjoy any decision making power.The worst incident of gender discrimination is the torturing of the women by their male counterpart.The women Don't know how to resist torture and where to seek Justice.

In order to bring about a change in the position of the women,women themselves should rise up and protest.This would be possible only when the women would be educated.

We should change our attitude towards the women.Otherwise we can't change gender discrimination.It’s our responsible to protect our girl's rights.
