Cybersecurity Researcher Discovered Security Vulnerability In Family IBM Db2

The data management software family IBM Db2 has a memory vulnerability which allows an attacker to access confidential information. This vulnerability is caused by misuse of the standard memory.

The CVE-2020-4414 flaw can cause a denial of service ( dos ) attacks or sensitive data can be compromised by the vulnerability. This was the same type of vulnerability which was discovered in Cisco WebEx services.

I strongly advised users to update their software to the most recent version to reduce the risk. This security flaw was found by      Trustwave SpiderLabs.
