Miners are like the landowners. BCH hodlers/users are like the citizens. Both have a stake in the network, but one moreso than the others, & one actually has real voting rights by way of hash, which serves to demonstrate their preferences, & puts their money where their mouth is. This, is a system with a high signal:noise ratio, & is made highly competitive by the elastic nature of digital blockchain networks that can easily direct hash towards other chains. In other words, Miners (landowners) can easily move to another town in this digital landscape/quasi-state. This fosters cooperation between devs, & the Miners. Miners, who benefit from running their software. And users/hodlers, who use the network supported by the Miners. Yet, the Global Network Council doesn't discard users (citizens) from contributing to the ecosystem. Mechanisms are being put in place, so that those users with verifiable skin in the game, can contribute their voice towards enhancing the network from the user perspective. BCH is primed for success, by way of the coinbase rule aligning & coordinating the ecosystem. Sharpen your knives. The real work of building & growing the chain is only just beginning...
