I got ready to donate 50 cents to someone over at Noise.app via the PayPal.me thing and it was going to cost me 50 cents in fees to do it. NOPE. Guess I'll stick with BCH.

  It is free here in the USA but I guess that is only within the borders of the country. I chose sending as a gift to friend or family.

For me it is a new info, I tought PayPal is free. Or it was free in the past, there may be a fee for sending to certain countries.
