It's a social platform that is supported by BCH token. It is formerly known as "Noise.cash". Before it was really a very crowded place because there were free tips that refills every minute. Now, this project seems to be abandoned and only few users are posting their contents as the free tips feature has disappeared apparently. It's very sad at first to accept that it will happen to noise.app but we need to accept it and move on.
