We all know the fact that stress in our lives is a phenomenon we experience regularly, but if we find ourselves worrying too much that we are losing sleep and having difficulty concentrating at work, it is time. let's take some serious action.
Anxiety and fear are powerful emotions, and if left unattended they can often lead to anxiety and even depression. Let me put it this way, like a seed that cannot grow poorly saturated with soil and water, our anxiety also cannot grow without being fed by negative thoughts and worries.
How many times have you heard a friend or colleague say; “I can't sleep at night. My mind just keeps on racing. And if I fall asleep, I get a nightmare. "

Let me tell you a story I read somewhere in a book or magazine. Do not remember exactly, where I read it, but I can promise in the story that will surely help to stop us from worrying to unnecessary things.
Once upon a time there was a wise man who lived in a village. People from far away places as well as nearby villages will go to the sage and tell him their sad stories so he can find a solution for them. As his popularity increased, he realized that people were repeatedly carrying the same stories, because their grief forced them to go to the wise man just to ask for peace of mind and also calm their heart. Soon, the old man's place began to fill the guests who were very tired of the old man.
The wise man wants to somehow reduce the regular frequency of visitors, but his gentle temperament and kind-hearted nature do not allow him to hurt their feelings, like this, he can not say directly to them. However, he kept thinking to find some solution to the problem, but was unable to do so.
Sometimes the wise man, while reading the newspaper encounters a joke. He loved it so much he decided to tell this joke to everyone. He thought, as if he had found a solution to the problem, he faced many days. The next day, when people started coming to his house, he gathered everyone around him.
The old man waited long enough for all the guests to be around him. Everyone does not know what the wise man will say to them. He did something different. The wise man began to say a joke that was read in the newspaper. The humor in the joke added to the surprise that left people giggling.
Then, the wise man began to speak in a random way and in the middle of it, he repeated the joke. Some of the listeners laughed while others stared at him. Then, the wise man continued his speech and when the conversation became really boring, he broke the same joke again. This time they were all staring at the wise raised eyebrow.
One of the guests got angry and shouted at the old man and said, "I've been here for the last six hours thinking I can get a clue to solve my problems but you just did it to test my patience.?"
"This is exactly the answer I expect from you," exclaimed the sage. !! “When I first told you the joke, you all laughed out loud.
When I said the second time, some of you smiled. But when I said it the third time, none of you gave a smile. !! "
The old man continued, “You can't laugh at the same humor over and over again. So why are you always crying over the same problem? "
All the people around the wise were surprised to be speechless and surprised each other. They went home a little smarter that day and the wise man felt that he was finally able to make an impact on the villagers.
