  • Jason Dreyzehner, a former BitPay employee and now a BCH developer, has published a revision to the Bigger Script Integers CHIP. By allowing BCH contracts to efficiently operate on larger numbers, this proposal enables new use cases, improves contract security, and reduces transaction sizes.

  • Bitcoin Cash Research has released its Monthly Progress Report for May 2021, which contains BCH activity highlights, funding, personnel, statistics and more. The full version of the report is accessible at bitcoincashresearch.org.

  • One.Surgery, a non-profit organization, announced the release of its official whitepaper, combining their global surgery projects with BCH technology. One.Surgery is dedicated to innovating, breaking barriers, global surgery and made with love.

  • Bitcoincash Nigeria will release a series of Bitcoin Cash Educational Vlogs on Youtube, with the first episode already live. The first episode is about sending and receiving BCH, which users can go to Youtube to watch.

  • Satoshi's Angels has posted a one-page recap of the latest Bitcoin Cash Network Discussion on its Twitter feed and read.cash. The main topic of the Bitcoin Cash Network Discussion was: PMv3, Version 3 Transaction Format, which aims to make BCH more programmable.

  • Josh Green, founder of full-node client Bitcoin Verde, tweeted that the first alpha-version Bitcoin Verde with fast sync enabled completed syncing in 1 hour 20 minutes. The next set of changes should bring the time to sync down to 45 minutes. Soon users can run a BCH node with less than 25G of disk space, and be live in less than an hour.

  • The Weibo account of Jiang Zhuoer, the founder of BTC.TOP, has been blocked due to China's crack down on cryptocurrency. He says he is switching to Twitter and will mainly interact with twitter followers. His English twitter account is @JiangZhuoer and his Chinese twitter account is @JiangZhuoer2.

  • Ataka Hub has launched a Flipstarter campaign to raise 67 BCH. Ataka Hub has served as a distribution aid Hub for EatBCH for the past three years in South Sudan, serving cooked meals and delivering food bags to people in need. With this fundraiser, Ataka Hub hopes to engage more local people to BCH adoption through more practical means; live training sessions, buying and selling, and paying for goods and services with BCH.
