  • On May 15 2022 Bitcoin Cash successfully completed it's scheduled annual upgrade hardfork. Bitcoin Cash now supports "Better Math", significantly larger numbers and an expanded arithmetic range which will allow contracts to manage large balances with full precision. The upgrade also includes new operations enabling the development of far more secure wallets, recurring payments and more. Satoshi's Angels held a live stream of the upgrade and it can be watched on Youtube.

  • BCH power user wallet Electron Cash has upgraded to version 4.2.9. This wallet includes LNS support bug fixes and allows the Python package to be optional for users who are not interested in LNS support. LNS allows users to have human readable and easy to remember addresses for both the BCH mainnet and smartBCH as well. For example "satoshisangels.bch"

  • A leading project on smartBCH, BlockNG, has announced their own cross chain bridge named "Bolivar". BlockNG will first bridge smartBCH to BSC and support both USDT and BNB. The stated goal of the bridge is to "bring effective growth to smartBCH" by bringing in external energy.

  • Maze Tokens Underworld has released POST BOX the first smartBCH based primitive decentralized social media service. Messages can be written directly on the smartBCH blockchain.

  • Satoshi's Angels own Akane releases a video about using BCH all across Tokyo. In this video we go on a BCH adventure all across Tokyo with Satoshi's Angels Co-Founder Akane. Join Akane as she visits shops, bars, restaurants and even gets her hair done all paid for in Bitcoin Cash.

  • General Protocols continues their educational video series focusing on the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem. Episode 1 explained CashScript, episode 2 was about Electron Cash and the newly released episode 3 is about BCHN.
