Bitdeer is valued at over $4 billion, whereas Blue Safari has a market capitalization of $70 million. The deal should be completed in the first quarter of 2022. Bitdeer was founded by Jihan Wu as a spin-off from Bitmain, and its main business is cloud mining hashrate and overseas mining operations.
