The final episode of 2022 for The Bitcoin Cash Podcast is now available online. Episode #67 features Kallisti, a Bitcoin Cash advocate and developer. The episode looks back over the year and discusses where they thought BCH would be this time last year, what happened during 2022 and predictions for what is to come in 2023.

BITCOIN CASH DEVS ADD CASHTOKEN SUPPORT TO BOTH JAVASCRIPT AND RUST LIBRARIES

Thanks to the CHIP process, BCH upgrades are locked in 6 months before they go live. This also means that developers have 6 months to prepare. Forward thinking devs have already begun to upgrade various tools and libraries to help make the transition as smooth as possible. The latest upgrades include adding CASH TOKEN support for both the RUST and JavaScript libraries.

BCH BULL STILL GOING STRONG WITH OVER 1200 BCH TRADED IN 1 WEEK

BCH BULL the on chain non custodial BCH hedging system created by General Protocols continues to publish data showing how popular and useful their system is. BCH users who worry about volatility can easily hedge their BCH, on chain, to help alleviate any fears of losing value due to volatility. This last week almost over 1200 BCH was traded on chain.

FULCRUM SPV SERVER UPDATES TO 1.9.0

Developer Calin Culianu has upgraded the Fulcrum SPV server to 1.9.0 in anticipation of the upcoming Cash Tokens upgrade in May. Fulcrum is a fast and nimble SPV (Simplified Payment Verification) server that works with BCH, LTC and BTC.
