Organizer Updates - Success & Challenges/Covid

South Sudan: Mtg time does not work well for him. The flooding issues in the area continue but have improved slightly. Last meetup was great. Got an offer from a Restaurant and Bar to hold meetups at his place. The location was onboarded to BCH- they need stickers. They are trying to increase the number of onboarded businesses such as taxis and motorbikes. Will be onboarding students at a local university and they will host meetups at the university.

BCH Merchant Adoption Campaign

Campaign continues. There is no specific end date and we encourage you to onboard more businesses to BCH. Please share the promotion with your members. This is a great opportunity to earn up to $30 in BCH and increase adoption in your region. Cash Back Campaign 

Satoshi’s Angels launched a new promotion. Spend BCH at a local or online merchant, tweet about it and get 20% cash back as a reward. The goals are to patronize BCH merchants, reward BCH users and spread awareness that BCH is useful as money.

Promotion rules are posted on Satoshi’s Angels website.

• Over 50K BCH has been locked on SmartBCH and 50 BCH has been burned. Monitor the latest stats here.

• The wagon.cash bridge uses zero-confirmation for deposits under 1 BCH. Currently wagon airdrops random amounts of $CATS token when using the bridge.

• The latest BCH Network Discussion was rescheduled to December 1st

Meetup Merchandise Update

The Amazon store is live.  English stickers are available now and Spanish stickers are coming soon!  Check out the merchandise here.

Regional Virtual Meetups

BCH organizers host three virtual meetups every month to accommodate different time zones and languages. The meetups are open to everyone.

If you’re not hosting regular meetups, please share the virtual meetup that works best for your time zone in your meetup.com group. The November dates are TBD.
