Organizer Updates - Success & Challenges/Covid
Philadelphia: Hosted a virtual meetup this month for North American time zones. Looking for a location to host an in-person meetup. Guests can win a $60 gift certificate to agorathreads.com sponsored by Satoshi’s Angels.
South Sudan: Weather has improved so that’s good news for hosting meetups. Started a new project at the University of Juba allowing students to purchase food from a truck using BCH. The truck was purchased with BCH and will be used to promote BCH at the local university. Flipstarter recently raised 117 BCH!
Detroit: Retailer in Detroit accepting BCH. Busy with work and unable to host meetups at this time. Store continues to accept BCH, visit if you’re in the Detroit area.
Bangalore: Has been hosting meetups in-person and virtual. Next meetup is December 17th and will be in-person at Cafe Rome at 4:30pm IST. Guests can win a $60 gift certificate to agorathreads.com sponsored by Satoshi’s Angels.

SmartBCH Holiday Giveaway - There will be three giveaways through the holiday season. The first one launched! The first giveaway is to bridge BCH to smartBCH using Hop.cash.
To be eligible for the airdrop users must bridge at least 0.1 BCH to smartBCH (in a single transaction) using Hop.cash before 4:00pm PST on December 19th.

BCH organizers host three virtual meetups every month to accommodate different time zones and languages. The meetups are open to everyone.
