A Helping hand for the abandoned parents
Recently a "home" for the abandoned mothers was inaugurated by Yusuf Ali, one of the renowned business man and owner of the Lulu Malls around the globe. This so called person is from our state but settled in UAE.
To be precise he is a man of vision exceptionally for the poor. A wealthy man who owns a mansion and a helicopter for personal purpose, is a simple person with lot of ambition. His main intention is to reach to the needs of a common man. And that's how Lulu Mall came into exiatence.
He was here to inaugurate "Gandhi Bhavan" a home for the abandoned mothers. With special care and concern he built this for the mothers. He had openly made a statement for contributing a lumpsum amount every month for this home.
Though this organization was already in existence and operated partly by the public, Yusuf Ali took the initiative to renovate it into a new building with new furnitures.
On the day of the inauguration he flew all the way to reach the destination. He was happy on seeing the mothers at home. He made an open statement to this aged mothers that even if he is not there, the flow of income to this centre will never be stopped.
On seeing him many mothers cried out of respect and happiness. He probably is in his 60's. When we approached them, the mothers stood up from their seats. He immediately said to them "it is the children who should stand up on seeing their mothers" and forced them to sit Definitely a matter of pride..
He assured them medication, food and other basic necessities. He was enquiring curiously with all the mothers indi individually about "Are they provided with food of time", "Are they provided with medicines" and so and so.
He said to the media he is not doing this for publicity but just on humanitarian grounds. Appreciate more such peoples into charity foe the benefit of those who are helpless and homeless .
Due to increase in abandoned parents, the number of "homes" are growing in a fast pace in the nook and corner of all cities. Man has become a shameless creature to abandon parents for their own happiness. For one moment man forgets the sleepless nights spent by their parents for their sake.
Man forgets that one day they will have to face the same fact in life. Let's pray he don't, if only Almighty wills
I don't understand how some people can abandon their own parents who have taken cared of them in the past. Only if those parent were evil I could understand but in normal cases it's really sad those women need a "home" after so many years in that situation. At least on the other hand, there are good people who try to help others. World seems to be like this, duality: good and evil at the same time, let's keep the good with all of us.
