Islamic law for zinna
Assalam o Alaikum.
Here I have discussed about Islamic law about illegal sex of an women and a man.
Misunderstandings about Islamic law
It is true that the evidence of adultery requires four eyewitness, truthful, honest witnesses, that is why no one has been convicted of testimony in the entire Islamic history. Which happened because of the confession
But adultery is defined as mutual consent
If a woman gives a man a chance due to some compulsion and does not resist, then it is not considered adultery with regard to the woman. Rather, it is called legalization, that is, allowing someone to do what they want.
There was a case in the court of Hazrat Ali (RA) that a shepherd refused to give water to a woman and said that if you give me a chance, I will give water. Hazrat punished the man and let the woman go. It is called Tamkin, not Zina.
The third type is rape, which is called extreme sanctity
This is also not adultery
In it the woman is oppressed and the man commits haraab, he will be given the death penalty which has different forms in the Qur'an and the usual methods of proving crimes will be used to prove it.
may god protect every muslim from wrong deeds andmake us able to follow Islamic rules
