Recipe.....
1 cup sooji
Grind in a mixer jar
Heat
1 cup ghee in thick bottom pan
Add grind sooji
Roast on slow flame till golden brown, keep a side
1 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water
Mix and make 1 tar ki chasni
Now add roasted rawa mixture and mix all gently on slow flame
Add 1 cup grated khoya
And kesar ( 1 tablespoon milk mei bhigoya hua)
Mix all
Add cardamom powder to taste
Cook till mixture turns lumpy and leaves kadai
Switch off flame
Transfer into greased plate
Make lemon size balls
And give shape
Garnish with chopped pistachio
