Researches Conducted on Garlic

Garlic was known since the beginning of the 5th century before the birth of Jesus Christ. Modern doctors discovered that garlic contains proteins, Sodium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Calcium,Oil and Vitamins.

The raw garlic contains lesser mineras than the dried one. And it easily dissolves in the stomach.

Many persons don't really like Garlic,Ginger, Tumeric and the likes because of their stubborn Odour; like,who would want to stay close to a person who ate raw Garlic in public? Hell No!

But then, despite the Odour,Garlic has been recommended for home use, due to the fact that it's packed with so many health benefits.. It's also regarded as an antibiotic.. let me not bore you with so many talks..

Doing any of the following steps would help,trust me!

I. Eating raw beans (three pieces of it)

II. Taking Coffee

III. Eating fruits of a small plant called Tamishushu in

IV. Eating ginger bread

V. Eat Apple

VI. Take three spoonfuls of Honey

Now, you've learnt how to get that annoying odour of Garlic off your mouth,you can now enjoy your Garlic in peace.. (Smiles)

—HOW TO STORE GARLIC

Onions,Garlic and some other spices are somewhat quite hard to preserve. So many persons have been left with no choice than to either consume all the spices in a short while or do away with the spoilt ones..But we'll be focusing on Garlic today. Follow these instructions and enjoy.

Instructions: Store in a dark,dry and conducive area (room temperature),free of water..When storing it, don't slice or cut it into pieces because it would easily perish due to the exposure to germs.

Please,don't store it in a fridge; Garlic doesn't like cold temperature and it may sprout,which might not be sweat to consume.
