Pls be the judge here!😭😭

I woke up this morning to a distressing news of the death of Mr Tunde, a tall handsome light skinned huge and a well known jovial man by everyone on the street and who lives some metres away from my house and ever since the time of 6:45am today being the 31st day of december 2021 when I heard the news of his demise, i have really found it very difficult to control myself especially as i've given in to so much tears that seem to be strolling down my cheek quite profusely and without control.

The problem that had led to Tunde's death.

The news had it that Tune (a.k.a baba T) as he was fondly called by all those close to him had a friend by name Wale and they have been childhood friends right from when they had become aware of their immidiate environment.

Their friendship became the envy of the town as they were both seen together in many places including some pub houses where they were usually known to go to after the day's work in order to have some refreshment before heading home.

In fact, in this just concluded xmas celebrations, the were both seen together in eachother's house and had the xmas period of enjoyment and its associated fun all to themselves.

I can guarantee you that hadly would you set your eyes on Tunde that you won't see Wale or hadly would you also set your eyes on Wale that you won't see Tunde around him even to an extent that they were both given the name; "The friendly Tom and Jerry (a popular cartoon of the early 2000's)."

Tom and Jerry cartoon for all we know is a kind of cartoon that seem to reveal the negative life style and the hatred between a cat and a mouse hence they were always found together fighting off eachother as they were hated enemies but in the case Mr Tunde and Mr Wale, they were called the friendly Tom and Jerry because they were friendly and never had to fight off eachother for whatever reason be it what hence they were always found together happily.

The trouble began yesterday the 30th day of december 2021 when Mr Wale the deceased friend took his car for an outing with his girl friend as they were both yet unmarried and the truth of the matter is that, it has always been their life style to wear eachother's cloths, drive eachother's car and some other stuffs they also did together away from our knowlege being the outsiders and without complain, they did all that quite happily but just on that said date of 30th december, 2021, the report has it that Wale had droff off with his deceased friend Tunde's car and with his girl friend Bola to a nearby supermarket where they went to fetch some items for the new year and unknown to them both Mr Tunde had been home shouting and raining hail and brim stone with several harsh words as to what he will do to Mr Wale when he eventually comes back to the house with his car that he stayed outside the house waiting for his arrival even after several persons on the street had told him to stay calm and allow them handle the already itching to become a bigger problem but he wouldn't listen and instead, he went in and had an object put in his bag unknown to the persons trying to calm the situation down and came to wait for Wale to drive in so he could strike him at once as if he was under a spell hmmmmn!

As usual, Wale whose phone remained unreachable eventually drove in at about 5:50am this morning and as usual, he had already calling out to Tunde his friend to come and have his own fair share of the things he had bought for them both at the super market but then end up realising that the supposed happy response he was supposed to have gotten from his friend has changed into a sour and a wicked look on his face that he began to ask him what the problem was and why he would be wearing such a long sad face.

While he (Wale) was yet speaking and trying to know why his best friend Tunde would suddenly change his complexion to what he doesn't know anymore did Tunde who was now filled with the intention to kill, quickly dipped his hand in his bag and bought out a little axe which he used in striking Wale to the uttermost dismay of everyone present.

He struck him so hard on his neck region up to three times (3 times) that Wale bled to death right at that spot then took to his heel after he had realized the gravity of the offence he had committed but at that point, some angry mobs who seek vengence for a pound of flesh on the untimely death of Wale kept up the pace with him and right at that spot, he met his waterloo as he too was struck with too many objects until there was no more life left in him.

However, a critical and distress call was made to the police but before they could arrive the scene of the murder, Tunde had been killed and the angry crowd who felt they had had a vengence for Wale's death all dispersed the scene as the police was left scrambling to make some arrests that would aid their investigation process which of course was to no avail.

Their corpses(Tunde and Wale) as of the time of filling this report have been deposited at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital Ikeja Nigeria(UNTH) to my greatest disbelief.

What a world as wonders they say shall never end!

What the eye-witness account revealed to us when asked.

Most eye witness accounts revealed to us who were not physically present when Tunde was reacting angrily that he (Mr Tunde) became so angry because the said car his slained friend Mr Wale had droff off with was just bought that same day by him and that he's never had the pleasure of enjoying his car for the first time and that Wale his now happens to have had the pleasure of ridding on it first before. This was according to - Mr Uche(their both neighbour in the compound)

Whilst, another eye witness account had it that the anger of Mr Tunde blazed when he had called Mr Wale to bring back his newly bought car but that the response he had gotten from him (Mr Wale) proved to be the key turning point and the main reason to commit such a dastard act of murder. - Mr Ahmed (another neighbour of theirs on the street).

Now be the judge.

If all especially, the eye witness reports were to be believed, do you think it was the right excuse or reason for committing such a hilarious offence of murder?

Or,

Do you also think that Mr Wale was right to have drove off in Mr Tunde's newly bought car which he (Mr Tunde) hadn't driven before?

Or,

Do you also think that the response of Mr Wale according to Mr Ahmed, the second eye witness account if it had been friendly enough, would have incited Mr Tunde to the extent of committing murder?

Just be the fair judge here as i'm writing this amidst tears that these two wonderful friends cannever ever be seen again in this life that is indeed very short and the reason why they allowed the Devil to use them as a tool to establishing his wish when it is quite obvious we have barely few hours to cross over to the New Year is a difficult puzzle to solve hmmmn! 😢.
