Eat enough fruits to be healthy

I've always watched with so much intent as regards others view of leaving a healthy life and was surprised each time i come across a group of persons discussing what things constitutes leaving a healthy life and what things do not constitute leaving a healthy life and was always shocked to hear them talk about having so much money, some fleets of cars, houses and a large huge investments that could serve the entire family's needs for a thousand years to come even when it means no one from the family does anything like working to earn a living.

It honestly does amaze me whenever i come across persons like especially as they are very much prevalent in this part of the world where i live where the braggings over one's means of life seems very much like the order of the day and as such, i have been eating fruits every morning before or after my breakfast as you can all see me doing right here in all these pictures.

But alas, none seems to be paying a rapt attention to what that helps one live a longer life at all despite the series of warnings by medical practioners and nutritionists alike in the awareness creation on the need to stay healthy while dishing out these health tips in various way that all seem to have fallen way down on many deaf ears hmmmn!

Granted, it is worthy of note that hence money is for protection, which means it can help you buy your other needs like good buildings, cars, own investments here and there as well as aid you and perhaps your friends or you and your family's vacation in far distant places where you can appreciate the other beauties of life and wonders of creation as well.

It can also help you with a good access to even the most expensive healthcare facilities as much as hand you with the possibility of eating good healthy foods as well, yet, it does not guaeantee a longer life but the little therapy you do on your own that is based on a generally accepted knowlege which are often at times, medically proven to be good will help you live longer and the reasons are not far-fetched as these fruits offers us so much of vitamins that helps to strengthen our bones and increases our blood pump from the heart very much in abundance.

Most times, expensive things don't add much meaning to life but the least appreciated little things do.

Picture in your mind a man who cooks a tuber of yam and then mixes it with some nicely fried eggs to give that perfect enjoyment his body deserves and then, the other man that does cook the same tuber of yam but decided to eat it with only a red oil at its natural state, both of them could be said to be eating well right? While to some other persons or perhaps, many persons, the first man who combines the tuber of cooked yam and some fried eggs is the one who had eaten the better food combination but to you, who do you think had eaten the best kind of food combination and why?

As much as i'm concerned, i will be eating fruits everyday as i've always done cos it is helping me stay very fresh, younger and above all, very healthy as all my above and below pictures have all shown.

I'd like to talk about their individual health benefits but due to the absence of the short notice of time and the fact that I want to keep it very short would deter me from doing that but in all, here' s a list of all the fruits i like eating regularly eventhough i eat others too.

Oranges

This helps in the digestion of our food after eating them and it nurishes the

body as well. Always ensure to be taking it at all times.

The next on my list are pinapples.

This is also benefiticial in too many ways and it is filled with so much vitamins b complexes that could help fix damaged bones and repair blood tissues.

The next on my list is the carrot

This one helps in the pumping of blood as much as solving erectile dysfunction in men during sex. Always eat a lot of carrots while you will end up noticing a very good and a high sex performance in you as a man and keep your woman very satified sexually at all times😊.

Pineapple and oranges are my favorite from your lists. But I also much prefer to eat vegetables because makes my body active. Absolutely right that eating fruits can help us becoming healthy and stay fit.

I like eggs too but irrespective of how much i eqt it, i must take my fruits on a daily basis. Why don't yoy start making the efforts at learning on how to be taking much fruits cos it's for your own good i suppose

I love the illustration you gave and this often comes when comparing someone living in the rural area and the someone in urban areas. I remember way back when we used to go to farm, the freshness of food we eat is out of this world

Am big fan of apple 🍎and pineapple 🍍. Am trying as much as I can to eat one of this every week or after just days when I have cash. Will try eating them now on daily basis
