I would say you all about the bioluminescent waves, we can call it also glowing waves. It was happened for the ocean deep plankton this plankton have electricity when anybody touch the waves this plankton make electricity and make a blue neon light It was look like unbelievable but u don’t believe it it was 100% real and it happens and all of us California cityzen enjoy this.You can currently see it along some of the Southern California beaches from as far north as Santa Barbara, Malibu, Venice Beach all the way down to San Diego and Mexico
