What is anemia?
Anemia describe the condition in which the number of red blood cells or heamoglobin in the blood is low.for this reason, doctors sometimes describe someone with anemia as having a low blood count.a person who has anemia is called anemic.the normal level of heamoglobin is generally different in males and females.
For men a normal level of heamoglobin is typically define as the a level of more than 13.0 gram/100ml and in women's as heamoglobin of more than 12.0 gram/100ml.
How does the body make blood?
Blood is comprised of two parts,a liquid called a plasma and a cellular part.A cellular part contain a several different cells types.one of the most important and most neumorous type of cell are red blood cells.the other types of cells are white blood cells and platelets.
