Introverts or Extroverts?
Hello everyone !! Hope you all are doing great in this platform.
Today I will be writing about my thoughts on introverts and extroverts since one of my friends (@Metawsif) insisted me to.
Introversion and extroversion is one of the major personality traits found among the people.
Frankly speaking , I am found to be mostly introverted person. I tend to focus more on my internal thoughts , mood and feelings rather than seeking stimulation from the outer environment. I have a tendency to detach myself to go and consider things carefully. My quietness and seriousness often makes people wonder more about me. I literally feel tired after being in a crowd. I do have a very small friend circle , but am very close to these few friends.
Generally , introverts are reticents. They keep themselves very restrained. They are selctively social. They maintains a distance from the rowdy groups. They aren't inclined to talk or say alot. Introverts prefer being silent. People say , introverts have better memory and they are smarter on average since they take excessive care when making a choice. Downside of being an introvert is unable to fix their bad moods easily being alone.
Conversely , extroverts are predominantly attached with the external matters and considerations. Being an outgoing person , they can be energized by keeping themselves around people. But they tend to lose that energy if they spend lengthened periods by themselves. On the postive side , extroverts are sociable , enthusiastic , friendly and demonstrative. Also they can fix their bad moods easily being around people. On the negative side , they are easily distracted , they are unable to spend time being solitude.
Which one is you ? Let me know in the comment section below .
Do not follow the crowd , follow your heart.
Go along with the majority, **do** what most others are doing is basically what it means to follow the crowd.
If a large amount of people in a crowd are agreeing on one thing and the crowd with small amount of people agree on another, than it not necessarily has to mean that the crowd with larger amount of people is right.
The other reason **people** conform and go along with the **crowd** is that we all want to be liked and accepted. The desire to fit in is so strong that **people** sometimes conform to a group consensus even when it goes against their own judgment—at least in public. In private, they're much more likely to **follow** their own minds.
According to my perspective , some points why you should follow your heart :
1. You’ll regret it later in life, and if you’re delaying it, you’ll question yourself why didn’t you do it sooner.
2. Not following your dreams makes you feel unaccomplished. Eventually, this will stop you from dreaming altogether.
3. Following your dreams might take unexpected turns, but those are the exciting and memorable challenges of living the dream. Those challenges will help you grow as they make you step out of your comfort zone.
4. You feel you have something more to live for.
5. Even if your dreams fail, you’ll feel proud you gave it your all to accomplish them. Dreamers fail now and then, but they also learn more in life. You learn from failure. So, dust yourself off and try it again.
6. Your dreams and your actions define you. Don’t let others define you with what they tell you to do and not to.

Staying Hydrated - Staying Healthy
Keeping the body hydrated helps the heart more easily pump blood through the blood vessels to the muscles. And, it helps the muscles work efficiently.
Dehydration can be a serious condition that can lead to problems ranging from swollen feet or a headache to life-threatening illnesses such as heat stroke.
A person who perspires heavily will need to drink more than someone who doesn’t. Certain medical conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, may also mean you need to drink more water. People with cystic fibrosis have high concentrations of sodium in their sweat and also need to use caution to avoid dehydration. And some medications can act as diuretics, causing the body to lose more fluid. Thirst isn’t the best indicator that you need to drink. “**If you get thirsty, you’re already dehydrated**". “For every pound of sweat you lose, that’s a pint of water you’ll need to replenish”. For most people, water is the best thing to drink to stay hydrated. Sources of water also include foods, such fruits and vegetables which contain a high percentage of water. Sports drinks with electrolytes, may be useful for people doing high intensity, vigorous exercise in very hot weather, though they tend to be high in added sugars and calories. It’s also best to avoid drinks containing caffeine, which acts as a diuretic and causes you to lose more fluids
Hydration isn’t just important during physical activity. Sitting in the sun on a hot or humid day, even if you aren’t exercising, can also cause your body to need more fluids.
