People are called Dwij. Because the only human being has to be born twice to be human. Once she learns to read from her mother's womb. And the role of the teacher in this study is endless. After parents, teachers are the second main refuge for students in learning. So the teacher-student relationship should be friendly and sincere. Although there has been a lot of improvement in this relationship lately, unforeseen and bitter incidents are also happening all the time. On the other hand, the incidents of humiliating teachers are not less. The lack of moral and secular education is being blamed for all this. For this, there is no alternative to acquiring thematic knowledge as well as moral education. The importance of moral education in education can be understood by looking at today's ghuneghara society.

All great human beings, including a science-minded ideal teacher, have endured many hardships in this work of building people. Generally, human talent does not develop without education and training. And teachers fulfill this important responsibility of teaching and training. The ideal teacher leads people to the path of ultimate welfare. There is no alternative to training to build a fair and prosperous society. Through education and training man enters the enlightened realm from the darkness of ignorance. The teacher gives existence to the tree of knowledge of a student. For this reason, a teacher should take overall preparation to develop the students as a role model. If not well educated, a teacher can push the society in the face of problems and misery. Therefore, those who are interested in taking up teaching as a profession should be prepared while they are students and the government should make arrangements for teacher training in this regard.

A teacher should be exemplary in terms of subject knowledge as well as in terms of conduct and ethics. The relationship between student and teacher is spiritual. The teacher treats his students like his own children and treats them accordingly. And that should be it. After the parents, the person who plays a role in developing the children and adolescents as real people is the teacher. That is why the teaching profession is the most sensitive and important. Many do not see teaching as a profession, but as worship. So no one should think that the relationship with the teacher is over at the end of academic education, but this relationship will last as long as the teacher lives. A teacher who has no ideals, a teacher who is not science-minded, a teacher who is not secular, he only helps students with information and knowledge. It has no role in the spiritual development and moral perfection of the student.

An important characteristic of an ideal teacher is - 'humility'. The more educated he is, the more humble he is. Imam Sadeq (a.s.), one of the members of the Prophet's clan, advised teachers to be humble, saying, "The highest level of knowledge is humility." Humility is the beauty of teachers. A humble teacher gives his students the opportunity to talk about a variety of topics, including education. Through this, the students learn knowledge from the teacher as well as take the initiation of honest virtues like being humble. He who is humble has the ability to withstand criticism. He also nurtured the mentality of consulting with the students. Humility is never a weakness of a teacher but it is one of his special qualities. The humility of the teacher gives birth to spiritual peace among the students. Since students are influenced by teachers despite reluctance, it is important for teachers to be compassionate, generous and humanitarian. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the fact that the students not only develop as a correction and norm through advice, but also the importance of the teacher's words as well as his work is immense in this case. Education and training experts believe that the teacher's behavior and thinking are very important in laying the foundation for a good relationship between students and teachers.

Despite hundreds of attempts by teachers, many students do not move in the right direction. But it does not work if the teacher loses patience. That is why a teacher should be patient, humble and forgiving. Imam Sadeq (AS) also emphasized on virtue with the students. "Students should not be treated harshly. They should be treated kindly and nicely," he said. It is possible to be kind to everyone if you have the qualities of patience and forgiveness, as well as not looking for faults and reprimands.

In many cases the teacher notices misbehavior among his students and listens to unreasonable talk. For this, the student should try to discover the hidden qualities in him without repeatedly reprimanding him. Levels of naughtiness and stubbornness are more prevalent among young students. But there is a lot of talent hidden in these children. That is why students should be treated nicely all the time. This will benefit both students and teachers.

Teaching and training is a very delicate and complex process. Qualified teachers are of great importance for building competent citizens. A qualified teacher has many qualities. For example, a good teacher never demeans a student or a student's personality. Good teachers create an atmosphere of mutual respect between students and teachers during teaching and never speak insultingly to any student. In this regard, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Do not think of anyone as inferior, because even the less honorable of them has a higher status in the sight of Allah." A qualified or good teacher never discriminates between students. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that teachers who discriminate between students or disciples are one of the two groups farthest from Allaah.

The ideal of a teacher is not to discriminate in teaching students and to give equal or equal education to all students with equal eyes. It is also important to distribute educational materials equally among the students. Teachers should also avoid discrimination in taking exams and giving marks so that weak students can be identified. Teachers should always strive to create child-friendly and learning-friendly classrooms. The learning process will be student-centered. In the classroom, only the teachers will say and the students will not listen in silence. Instead, the teacher will just show the way to the solution, the student will solve the problem with his talent, intelligence, experience and skills, if necessary, sit in the group. Many times the teacher has to think and judge by lowering himself to the level of the child.

The teacher must have knowledge, patience, kindness, justice and other desirable qualities. Learning and listening is another job of a teacher. In addition, he must have the ability or skill to understand well. Every day the teacher has to introduce himself in the classroom in a new way, in a new subject. For this he has to study a lot. He has to know the learning style of each student including the name and address of each student in the classroom and help in teaching in that way. It is also important for the teacher to be sweet-spoken and good-natured. One of the responsibilities of a suitable teacher is to teach morality, humanity, patriotism and tolerance. Spiritual development of students should also be his goal.

Experts say that the purpose of training and teaching is to make good qualities natural or habitual for human beings. If good moral qualities do not become ingrained in human beings, they are of little importance. Therefore, the teacher has to arrange the practice again and again to turn these qualities into nature. Warning and reminding to awaken good nature is also a very effective method. Students need to be motivated to engage in sports and cultural activities, not just reading books and private tutoring all the time, and teachers need to play a role in creating an environment for this.

Another aspect to keep in mind is that unless a teacher is able to purify himself, to be self-organized, and to be self-aware, it is wrong to expect good from his words or good advice. The Holy Qur'an tells us, "Why do you say what you do not do?" Therefore, in order to develop good and capable students, teachers should first acquire advanced qualities, ethics and spiritual qualifications. Addressing the teachers, Khamenei, Iran's current top religious leader, said, "Students need to be taught this too. If they pass by forging the certificate, all the money they will earn for the rest of their lives will be considered haraam."
