2. You can eat yogurt if you have a fever. You can also eat honey.

3. Eat tea to prevent stroke. Various studies have shown that regular consumption of tea can not accumulate fat in the arteries. As a result, the risk is reduced a lot.

4. Honey is effective in insomnia.

5. Eat onions for asthma. It plays a positive role in preventing the contraction of the airways.

7. If you feel cold, eat garlic.

8. Cabbage is effective in preventing breast cancer.
