Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (anyone can add a little more)
Flour - 1 quarter cup
Coco powder - 4 tablespoons
Baking powder - half a teaspoon
Chocolate sauce - 1/4 cup
Eggs - 2
Method:
- Beat the sugar and butter well together. Beat until the sugar melts.
- Add eggs one by one. Beat the mixture well for some time.
-If it is a smooth mixture, then mix chocolate sauce in it and beat it for some more time and keep it aside.
-Flour, coco powder and baking powder add together and mix well with the cake mixture.
-Take six cup cake molds, put one paper cup inside each mold. Pour the pre-prepared mixture evenly into the mold. If you want you can spread chocolate chips on top.
- Now bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
This cupcake can be chilled well and served with chocolate icing spread on top. Or you can give powdered sugar or just melted chocolate. Equally fun in all ways.
