Ingredients:
Boneless chicken (sliced) - 400 gms
Corn Flower - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Chili powder - half a teaspoon
Eggs - 1
Dark Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Garlic sprouts - 8-10 pieces
Peel the onion and cut it into 4 pieces - 1/2 cup
Capsicum (cut into four corners) - 1/2 cup
Red Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Chicken stock or water - like quantity
Taste salt- a little
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, chilli powder, 1 tablespoon corn flour, one egg and 1 tablespoon soya sauce and let it marinate for a few minutes.
2. Heat the oil well in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden.
3. In another pan, fry lightly browned garlic in the same amount of oil. When the garlic turns brown, add raw chilli powder, chopped onion and capsicum. Stir lightly with the remaining soy sauce and red chili sauce.
4. Now mix it well with the fried chicken pieces. Cover briefly with a little chicken stock or water.
5. Put the remaining corn flower in a little water and add it to the chicken. Mix with salt and vinegar to taste and cover and cook for some time.
6. Serve hot with fried rice when the gravy is smeared.
