DRAGON JUICE!! Have you ever tried?
I have tired juice with Pitaya. In my country this fruit famous as dragon fruit. However thus fruit is not much tasty. It tastes like raw cucumber. But some breeds of it tastes sweet.
To make juice, ingredients you need are: lemon juice 2 tbs, sugar 2 tbs, raw milk, and half of a Pitaya.
First chop pitaya in cube shape. Take lemon juice, sugar, and cubed pitaya in a vessel. Mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
After 1 hour take a cup of raw milk, pour the mixture of Pitaya in the cup.. Stirr well.
Dragon juice is ready!!

My last post on Antibiotic was about the mechanism of antibiotic resistance. Now this writing is about the way to prevent the resistance issue.
Some antibiotics have been developed to be used in combination, that work effectively to kill the microorganisms. Those combinations have several actions.
For example: Rifampin+Isoniazid+Ethambutol combination antibiotic is used to treat Tuberculosis.
Here some of the single antibiotic inhibit cell growth of bacteria and other dustup it. Thus bacteria causing disease is killed for sure.No resistance take place
Medicinal Chemistry has vast purpose. It is not just about the delivery of medicine.
It is more about: Drug Discovery and Design, Synthesis of Therapeutic agents, Drug Optimization, Understanding Drug Mechanisms on body and Enhancing Drug Safety and Efficacy.
Antibiotics are the medicines to kill or inhibit growth of infection causing bacteria. What would happen if it become resistant? Or What is the way to prevent the resistance?
Antibiotic become resistant on uneven doses of it, infrequent intake, intake without physician suggestion, randomly intake.
Mechanism of resistant is, if an antibiotic is given for 5 days and a patient maintain the dose for 3 days, the infectious bacterial will not be killed wholly, or only the cell wall of the bacteria may break but it will not dead. At day 4,if the antibiotic is not taken then remaining bacteria will get chance to grow changing their biological structure of protein as anti for the antibiotic. And this is the mechanism of resistance.
Antibiotic resistant will lead generation toward a big war against microbes, which we may not be able to win.
Over easting is not the solution to Gastritis /Gastric irritation!!
When we feel burning sensation in the stomach /small intestinal lining/esophagus/whole Gastrointestinal tract due to decreased acidity, we call it Gastritis.
Commonly we treat this by easting mild food(without oil, cholesterol, fats, acidic material, carbonated material). Food can reduce the condition by limiting effects of gastric acids. But over easting may cause nausea, fullness feeling which is more intolerable.
Simple medications can be taken for this, such as Antacids : Esomiprazoles and omeprazoles.
We all know about suppositories. A most common dosage form!!
Let's know about some of it's disadvantages.
1.Irritant drug can't be administered.
2.Embarrassing to patient.
3.Need to store at low temperature.
4.Cost expensive.
5.Can't easily prepared.
6.Defecation may interrupt the absorption process.

Application of coating to capsule is an additional step in the manufacturing process of capsule:
1. To protect ingredients against moisture, light, water. (Ranitidine)
2.To produce sustained and prolonged drug effect.(volatine tablet)
3.Coloured coating helps rapid identification of capsule.
4.To reduce stomach irritation.
5.To retard and control release of drug.(Emetine)
6. To protect drug from gastric environment.(aspirin)
7.To mask bitter and unpleasant taste of drug ingredient.(Vitamin B2)
Hypertension can be defined as persistent rise of blood pressure in respect of age amd gender where the systolic pressure is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure is more than 90 mmHg.
It cam cause : Myocardial infarction, Hypertension cardiomyopathy, Heart failure, Stroke, Hypertension neuropathy etc.
Can be reduced by Antihypertensive drugs. Some common Antihypertensive drugs we need to know are:
1.Furosemides, 2. Nifedipine, 3. Atenolol, 4. Propranolol, 5.Lisinopril, 6. Ramipril, 7.Prazosin, 8.Terazosin etc

Why is it important to know for a Pharmacist?
1.Bioavailability is used to ensure the quality of a drug product.
2.It evaluate the absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination characteristics of a drug.
3.It minimize the toxic effect of a potent drug.
4.It helps to select suitable route of drug administration.
5.Dose and frequence of dose can be determined.
6.To confirm the bioequivalence of drug product.
The Pharmacist now a days is playing an important role in drug product selection.
Pharmacist can select an equivalent drug products as he dispense. The hospitals or countries where there is a formulary system, the Pharmacist are allowed to select an equivalent drug product from those listed in the formulary.
Drug product selection is necessary because :
1. Effect of active ingredient in patient
2.Different formulation has different significance in bioavailability of drug.
3.manufacturing process and material used in formulation can vary from one manufacturer to other.
Lets know about TB!
Tuberculosis is also known as TB, is a chronic infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, primarily affecting the lung, but capable of spreading to other organs!
So it make serious mess
Symptoms are: Fever, Cough, Weight loss
Prevention: BCG vaccine, wearing mask, stay in improved ventilated environment.
In case of TB erly diagnosis is must. Otherwise you can loss a life.
A well known medicine is Ketorolac!
Reason behind being known and mostly used :
1. Gastrointestinal effects: Gastric protection, Mucous increase, Bicarbonate balance, Blood flow improve.
2.Effect on Heart: Antiarrhythmic, Protect from oxidative injuries.
3.Kidney Effect : Natriuresis and Vasodilation.
These are small information users need to know of, sometimes for better use and sometimes to refuse.
Anesthetics are being used widely with or without prescription. Such as I also use it at home for mucosal repair.
There is a but
Is it safe to use anesthetics randomly?
Many of us are aware of the word anesthesia but don't know its adverse effects.
Let's know about it:
1.Local reaction :Itching, Redness, Temporary skin reaction
2.Systemic effects :Confusion, Dizziness, Nervousness, Cardiac arrhythmia, Bradycardia, Rashes, Hypersensitivity reaction
So avoid using anesthesia such as Procaine, Lidocaine, Bupivacaine etc without physician suggestion!

I met with an accident some days before in university laboratory.
I was working on bacterial culture media preparation, a media where a single or mixed species of bacteria can grow.
This has to be performed in the Laminar Air flow box and I had my hands sterilized with ethanol alcohol.
So what unpredictable has happed was out of my imagination. Accidentally the aid flow got fire and blasted. I am so lucky that I just got fire on my clothes not in my hands or somewhere else.

Going through hard time. My mother has broken her left hand by an accident 20 days ago. Within this period, she has got increased blood sugar level which created infection in her body. Now she is on bed rest.
Keep my mother in your prayers.
There is nothing precious than mother.
Stay healthy everyone.
Don't do two things in life.
No. 1 : Don't trust your enemies.
No. 2 : Don't trust your best friends blindly.
Between this no 2 is very serious and horrible if your friends are not actually your well wisher. You can't escape their betrayal. You will not be able to save yourself and will get ruined once.
Saying from personal experience.
From tomorrow my 3rd war (final exam of 3rd semester) is going go be started. Keep me in your prayers friends. I am a quiet tensed about the exams of this semester. The thing I must say that my results are no bad of previous semester. It's CGP 3.72 out of 4.00. Its not difficult to make a good result,but to keep it same until the last semester of graduation.

Eat Less, Choose Best!
Another day with my university friends. We always had a great day together. And I feel so comfortable with them.
As you all know that I love to eat, I always try to visit different places and taste food of that place and give them rating in my mind.
Like this I visited to another newly opened food market and had got some good tastes of there.
This pizza was quite expensive but good in texture. I can say this is a perfect pizza.
A drink without which I don't feel full. Recently I gave up bringing coca cola,fanta,pepsi,sprite and many more products. And this drink is our country product named Mojo.
I am trying to pull myself of being support to any misleads. However you can let me know about my writings.

Due to busyness and illness I haven't posted or written anything on read cash for many days. Semester final exam from 11th May. I don't know what to do. I don't even know what to write in the exam paper. I am giving this post after almost 2 weeks.

Yesterday, at last moment of eid shopping I felt so hungry. Then I went to a nearby restaurant. I remain so confused while choosing food from menu and order nothing new.
As always I have ordered spicy chicken and corn pizza, Garlic sauce, cocktail souce,chicken naga wings, nuggets and a chocolate crusher.
About the pizza:
It was not much spicy buf full of chicken. It had a crunchy pizza base as well as good quantity of cheese. I liked it ❤️. Wish to have it more.
About the sauce and others:
Usually we don't prefer any precipitation on liquid food. But the garlic sauce had small pieces of garlic in it and it was bursting its raw flavour in mouth. I personally don't like raw garlic. Whoever it wasn't that bad.
Then let's come to cocktail souce. It was mixture of all source from the menu. I think I wasted my money on the souce.
The nuggets were crunchy, good taste, much familiar but too small in size. I really want big big nuggets to stop cravings.
At last the chickens naga wings that made me cry almost 😢. At first I didn't know the meaning o the word "naga". It means too much spice which a normal stomach can't bear. I ate one of those wings and cried of irritation in my hands and mouth. That's the last time and I will never ever taste anything that names with the word "naga".
It's incomplete without desert or crusher! I know!!
I really have no comment to give it. Because it was very very tasty, chocolaty, so thick. In a word it was awesome!! I suggest all my nearby friends to visit the cafe just to try this crusher. Still can't forget the taste. 🫶🏻
However, I always try to give you all a wise review and my point of view over things.
