Yesterday, I heard my other Mom talking to her sister, I heard that there's an accident happened just in front of their house. She said that it was a 2 passenger Van, she also said that there is a child involved. When I heard it I thought the child was 8 to up or something, what I ask first when I heard it was "Is the child okay?" Unfortunately, baby didn't survive and what shock me the most is the baby is just 1 and half years old. I was like "What!!! He's just a baby, where's the mother?" I really can't believe it the poor baby is so innocent, how could his parents let him walk outside.

I know that a car is a very important things in our lives, it was our everyday transportation to be able to go to work fast, but being careful in driving is necessary too so that you won't cause any accident, you won't accidentally kill an innocent people because of recklessness. Let's talk about the common cause of car accident that can happen everywhere.

Common Cause of Car Accident

• Drunk Driving - this is one of the common cause of car accident, there are so many car accident that has been televised on the news like this, when you are on the influence of alcohol, driving recklessly that may cause the death of innocent people.

• Driving like a maniac - another one is this, you make the highway your race track by hitting the limit of your car meters. It's not a reason that you will be late to work that is why you are doing this, it is your fault for waking up late that is why you are cramming now.

• Distracted - example of distraction, when you are driving holding your hand into you other hand leaving your only one hand to the steering wheel. Looking into your mobile phone because your mistress has a message for you, tour eyes on your smartphone and leaving the eyes of what's in front of you.

• Zigzag - another one is this, we have this in our province, going to Calapan. Driving carefully is really needed because it is really a zigzag, it can cause another accident specially if you are driving like you own the road.

• Weather Condition - another one is this, when it's raining the road will be very slippery so you need to drive carefully. It can also cause another accident when you drive without limiting your meters..

• Rivalry between 2 public vehicles cars for a passenger - this is for the public vehicles, they will compete to get a passenger, they will drive like a maniac just to get them. It can also cause an accident and they will even put their passenger into danger.

• Animal Crossing - another one is this, because of some pet owner negligence, they let their pet walk outside their house. It can also cause an accident when the driver didn't notice it or when they notice it and they trying to avoid them causing an accident.

• Car Defect - this is not a human error but checking your car everyday is not that hard. Example is the flat tires, when your tires accidentally explode and you lose focus in your driving, it can also cause an accident.

How to avoid car Accidents

We can't really avoid an accidents specially if the accidents is the one who is coming closer to us. But, we can prevent it from happening it by doing this simple things:

• Always wear your seatbelt - this is really the common thing to do, they put a seatbelt in your car because it can save you from bumping your head to your windshield if you accidentally caught into accident.

• Use your 2 hands to your steering wheel - driving in one hand is cool, you can hold your woman hand using your other hands and the other one is in your steering wheels, but it is prone into accident. You won't notice a car in front of you and you will bump your car into other car and boom, you tire's everywhere and your woman has blood all over, a distraction. Driving a car needs two hands to drive it, you can also use one hand if your are good at it but using two is much better and much safe, so don't think just do it.

• Focus - this is more important, you don't drive a car if you are not in yourself, you look everywhere, you do anything that you lose your focus in driving and that can cause an accident. While driving don't leave your eyes on the road, don't check your phone, don't look everywhere and F.O.C.U.S!

• Drive into normal speed - this one is also important, you don't own the road so don't drive like a maniac. Just drive in normal speed like specially if you are in a zigzag road. If you are late from work then don't work just absent because cramming will make another accident too, you will drive fast because you need too, it's your fault for waking up so late, you could've set your alarm clock you know. You will put everyone into danger so think, use your coconut bank shell.

• Check your car regularly - you just don't use your car, bring it to car shop too so that they can check it if your car is still in shape, no defect and if it's still okay to drive it. Don't use that later later thingy until you forgot it. This will not only cost you your life, it can also put any other innocent people into danger.

Car is cool, good and a necessity to us. It can make our life better, owning one is a everyone's dream but before you own a car, make sure that you know how to handle it. Anything can happen in just a small mistake, anyone can accidentally be killed because of it so, be a responsible driver and drive safely. Never lose your focus and love yourself by taking care of yourself.

About the baby, it is the drivers fault that they are not focusing on their driving. But it is also his parent fault because the baby sitter didn't focus on taking care of the baby. It is said that the baby leave without them noticing. It is sad, just because of that reasoning a baby died, if only they are on focus on driving I'm sure that baby will still alive.
