I am here with another vermicelli dessert which we called “Nawabi semai” ...forget the name ..just try this..you will love it.
I wrote another vermicelli dessert which you guys liked most ..so i am writing another dessert with vermicelli.i made it on Eid day 2 .
So lets see how this delicious item can be made ..
Ingrediants:
vermicelli 250grams
Butter 2 table spoon
milk powder 2 table spoon
sugar 1/3th cup
food colour (optional)
For cream(white portion)
Milk 2 cups
sugar 1/2 cup
condesnse milk 1/2 cup
corn flour 2 table spoon
vanila essenese
procedure
take a pot ..pour butter ..fry the vermicelli then take milk powder and sugar ..fry it on low heat until the colour change ..add colour foods if you want .then keep it aside .
then take another pot ,pour the milk and boil it then pour condense milk sugar..mix it well ..heat will be on low to medium .. then add corn flour with which you should mix with water otherwise it will make bubbles ..then mix it well..add vanilla essence ...heat it untill it become thick .once it become thick put off the flame .and keep for cooling.
then decorate it ..first take a portion of fried vermicelli then pour the cream(white portion) then again layer it with vermicelli.
Decorate it with cherry ..raisins, or small ball sweets .
