After the idiocy of a certain person who placed an alternate account called HadEnough's ranting posts, let me share to you then my thoughts about the matter that HadEnough really wanted to say but he went to insult others who are doing their best and managed to create a new standard that makes the old writers look like amateurs.

The fact that this guy is just jealous of the money circulating in both Read.Cash and Noise.Cash.

What's Read.Cash?

Read.cash is one of the many sites that propped up the internet that allowed users to get paid in tips. Other similar sites include Publish0x, Honest.cash, Yours.org, and other smaller sites.

These sites are things that allow you to receive tips from specific users and read.cash isn't any better. The main difference for it is that it used Bitcoin Cash, while Publish0x used Ethereum-based tokens. Yours.org pays in Bitcoin Cash until it joined Bitcoin SV's side, and Honest.Cash used to pay in Bitcoin Cash until it wasn't able to keep up its expenses.

Read.Cash also had similar problems and Simon, the Read.Cash Head, implemented a thing called a distributed fund. It was created with three reasons on hand:

  • Allow new users to get from the funds;

  • Allow the site to pay for its maintenance and;

  • Allows users to deposit BCH to the funds.

Read.Cash also implemented an archaic form to distribute the funds called the Points System, and it was a very rough time for the oldies of the site as people simply spammed articles. You see, to get at least a dollar on the old system, you can simply get 20 points, which is what you get from an article.

This is where Marc De Mesel gets in.

The Rise and Fall of the Points System

The Points System on paper is a good way to share the funds, but as more users came and go, so is the fact that there is only a limited amount of the funds are available.

Marc De Mesel joined the site and soon donated large amounts. At first, it was $10,000. Then, it was $240,000, then $750,000.

The slow growth allowed people to flock in, but the Points System was becoming obsolete and Simon then created @TheRandomRewarder. It was a neural network that reads on specific variables, such as the fact that it tips articles that are more than 3 minutes, and it was found on the Top section of the site.

The Points system was still active at that stage, but the points soon dried up, and the Random Rewarder was in full flow.

The Random Rewarder, The Neural Network

The Random Rewarder is actually a bot that reads your content through a neural network. This, and the fact that BCH articles are more common, creating a situation where the first few days of Random Rewarder-tipped articles are BCH articles. But it soon died out as it would soon lean more into reading the Top 3 Days section of the site.

The fact that the randomness of the Random Rewarder actually relies on the user actually actively reading your article to bring it to the Top 3 Days section meant that any old articles can get part of the fund from the Random Rewarder.

It's not really random at all.

Newcomers, Newer Article Design, Newer Formats of Advertising

One of HadEnough's criticisms is the fact that there's a thing called Boosting an article. When you boost an article, you use your funds to be able to make it appear more other than other normal articles.

This has a boon, as you get higher chances of getting clicked by those interested with the article itself, which would push your article to the Top page, allowing you to receive bot tips.

These newcomers like @Pantera and @CryptoMax, good writers with a catchy eye look instead of segmented walls of chat like I do.

Some of the old ones, like @Fexonice1 (whose old account was @Fexodine1) know how to do their articles as well. Their thought-inducing articles allow people to see things out. There's even @Eybyoung and @Jane who create articles that are more into the culture of writing, creating things like stories and tips on what to do.

If you check on these guys, you'll see how hardworking they are. They earned those tips. If you checked their old articles pre-Random Rewarder, however, you'll see they aren't as tipped as they used to at the moment. The same thing happens to my own articles.

How Do You Really Earn?

Readers Give Money and Writers Write Articles for Readers

One of the things that make read.cash unique is the reliance on a bot to give tips. Publish0x only allows you to tip using their own centralized servers to pay in ETH, AMPL, etc.

Readers push an article to the Top 3 Days section of the site and they can tip other posts. This encourages people who write and create more articles for others to enjoy. The writers can earn through the funds and therefore tip those that comment if it's a good comment.

Epilogue: Relying on Read.Cash and Noise.Cash Isn't a Reliable Income.

It never was, it never will be, and there is only a finite amount of funds given by Marc De Mesel unless Simon enables users to deposit to the fund once again. But due to the multitude of BCH available and the decaying code Simon used, it wasn't needed anymore.

And so, here is my verdict.

@HadEnough, Make Something Better.

You riled the old community by undermining and calling people idiots, creating a story that beats idiocy created by the BCHA users such as @micropresident and @Cain that used this site to say their own things on the matter and these BCHA users are at least very good debaters. You just went to accuse.

Read.Cash's goal is to spread the knowledge of BCH, and the way it used to do this is through articles and tipping each other. If you think that a cabal is forming, act upon it not whine on an alternate account and call for ad hominem. They have money because they have well-made articles. If you want to earn, make an article so eye-catching that everyone sees it and reads your article fully.

Minimum of three minutes read. If you can't do that, move away to sites like Publish0x. We won't mind if we debate those you create against the reputation of Read.Cash and Noise.Cash, since Bitcoin Cash is already heavily hated by multiple fronts.

We can handle haters, it's how you will handle yourself.

This is Rowan, signing out.

@CryptoMax and @Pantera are creating articles exclusive for readcash.. While us are literally blogging. They are content writers... They deserved to be tipped... Sir Marc just his appreciation through giving generous upvotes. He likes reading and he will tip whatever article he liked..

"The fact that this guy is just jealous of the money circulating in both Read.Cash and Noise.Cash."

As I've explained to CryptoMax, this simply isn't true. I'm not an article writer, up until recently I was a sponsor and a tipper, and soon I'll cease to be a reader. There's corruption right at the core here. The stats are incredibly hard to derive, but if you just count his article tips (tips on comments are harder to find) and compare it to the total tips on the sitewide stats, CryptoMax has earned 23% of ALL tips since he's s been here. He's not THAT good in comparison with the rest of you guys (in fact I'd say your article here is better written than most of his rants). When you look at his little cabal of 5 or 6 people, they've earned around 90%+ of all tips.

It doesn't even stop there, after I criticized them for it my account was mysteriously flagged so that my comments all show as spam (bearing in mind I made 2 articles and 4 comments total, all well written) in another attempt to bury dissenting views.

I don't think this site is sustainable in the long term if there isn't diversity of rewards, it's that simple, and right now they're increasingly being collected by a small, core group of people. If you're OK with that, that's fine, but don't sit around pretending that any criticism is invalid simply because you disagree.

As I've explained to CryptoMax, this simply isn't true.

You're making it sound it, are you sure you have a problem with the mentioned people?

The stats are incredibly hard to derive, but if you just count his article tips (tips on comments are harder to find) and compare it to the total tips on the sitewide stats, CryptoMax has earned 23% of ALL tips since he's s been here.

So you're suspicious because he gets 23% of the given $1000. Do you consider per-day changes? Amount of money given per hour? How long his posts are in the Top 3 Days section of the site?

When you look at his little cabal of 5 or 6 people, they've earned around 90%+ of all tips.

I was gonna let this slide but then you added @MobTwo, one of the BCHers that actually never use Read.cash that much, and @Fexonice1, who is literally older than your account and mine and went to replace it after losing his first account, @Fexodice1.

Correlation isn't causation. @Fexonice1 is an old user on this site, of course he has most of the tips since he joined. If you consider even historical data, @Fexonice1 will definitely be part of that list, in fact, if you add his old account I'm pretty sure that's 99% based on you.

It doesn't even stop there, after I criticized them for it my account was mysteriously flagged so that my comments all show as spam (bearing in mind I made 2 articles and 4 comments total, all well written) in another attempt to bury dissenting views.

Yeah, that happens when your first article has a -5 reputation.

I don't think this site is sustainable in the long term if there isn't diversity of rewards, it's that simple, and right now they're increasingly being collected by a small, core group of people.

"Diversity of rewards"? Seriously? This site was created to share the world about BCH and how easy it is to use it.

The fact that @CryptoMax and @Pantera have their articles constantly boosted meant that their money is going back to Read.cash's fund.

If you're OK with that, that's fine, but don't sit around pretending that any criticism is invalid simply because you disagree.

Pretty sure that's just you.

It's not 23% of $1000, he has received more than $15,000, a little over 23% of how much has been tipped on the entire site since he joined a couple of months ago. He got $3,500 just four days after he joined.

All this site shows is that BCH is really good for a very small number of people that want to exploit hundreds of smaller content creators. People like CryptoMax can't produce enough content to keep people entertained on their own blogs, so they move here, use content from people like you to help pad out the content so they can scrape up the majority or rewards.

If you're happy receiving a few small tips here and there from the random rewarder while CryptoMax sails around in his yacht making tens of thousands of dollars off of your hard work, that's up to you.

I agree @CryptoMax and @Pantera get what they deserve because they are good writers and well experience, while me, @Jane and @Fexonice1 we do it with hard work and perseverance in learning.

There is no magic nor favoritism in here.
