In this world, do we still have anything like natural death?. Is death itself natural?
Almost everyday, we hear about deaths, deaths of innocent, helpless people.
Death of young, promising beings.
It's now an everyday affair to hear about deaths. Either suicide, murder, or homicide.
I thought, dying a natural death is just sleeping peacefully and waking up to a beautiful abode up there.
But,it's not like that. It's either a spiritual attack or curse, when someone dies from sleep. How do we define a natural death then? Is death even natural?
If it's not about accidents, terrorists attacks or Suicide, it will be about natural disasters.
Nowadays, I no longer feel sad when I hear about people's death. It's like I've trained my mind to accept whatever I hear. Is it normal?
Just this evening, I've been told about the loss of two of my church members. People that I know.
First, it was a pastor. A fervent one, a praying minister. Just tonight, I was told he is dead. What was my reaction, I just laughed and said it is well.
Again, my father mentioned someone, I said I still remember him. Then, he opened the can of worms. He said, he is dead. He died too, this afternoon while coming back from work. He was hit by a car, on his own motorbike.
I was speechless and just said, okay. Honestly, I didn't feel bad and I don't know if I'm a bad person.
But, I feel for the families. What can I now do? Everyone has to die one day.
The thing is, we all are on a queue, waiting for our turn to be picked. We just don't know who's next.
We all just need to be ready to go up there, anytime. Death is inevitable.
Just that, the number of people dying daily is alarming and saddening.
My simple advice, do good while you can. Spread some love and cheers. Live a peaceful, give to the needy, if you have, work hard, dedicate your life to Christ, enjoy life, have fun and be merry.
What do you actually want to be remembered for, when you die. Good or bad? Honest or dishonest? Terrible or nice? The choice is yours to make. It's not more news that we are all going to die.
None, will be left alone, we won't live forever.

death should be a reason for us to be our best version every day of our lives and instead of trying to be remembered, try to make our life as we have always wanted.
