From the last few years, the mobile phones become the most important part of our lives. First we got addicted of simple mobile and it's facilities and then with the passage of time technology getting advanced and technologist invented and made new things and the era of smartphones start get trending. It was 2013 when first time I listened the word WhatsApp from my cousin that now we did a video call to each other through this app. But till the 2020, am getting stay away from the smart Mobile so to somehow my life is saved from these things. But the past two years am observing this we are getting addicted of the smartphone to such extent that now the children of 9 to 10 years old has the smartphone.

It's true that technology made our lives easier, but with the lots of benefits it's also impacted our lives to somehow badly. We can't neglect the benefits and importance of mobile in our lives, but there are lots of negative impacts of our mobile in our lives. Let's discuss how mobile affected my and your life positively and negatively.

★Positive Effects Of Mobile:

It's true that in this era of technology, mobile is our basic need, and obviously it provide the lots of facilities, some of these are described as follows:

1-Communication:

Mobile phone and now the smartphone made the world a global village. No it's doesn't matter how much we stay far away from our beloved ones we can daily talk with them several times in a day through our mobiles and different types of social media app. And this communication is not just limited to just voice we can also see live each other through video calling and no doubt Mobile phone lessen the distances of relationship.

If we compared our lives with past then we realized that Mobile phone fill color in our lives and made the lots of things for us easier, because if we talk about ancient time, then at that time people try to communicate with their beloved ones who's stay far away from the countries through the letters and several weeks duration was required to get the answer of letter and know the well-being of their beloved ones. But now the Mobile phone makes the communication process easy.

2- Mobile Phone Helped Us A Lot In Study:

If we used mobile phone positively it's helped us in everything even though it is so helpful in our studies, because the Mobile phone has one of the magic app that's Google. Google Uncle has the solution of every problem, our course of study related everything is found on Google and sometimes the Google study related notes are more efficient than our teacher notes.

However at university level, without Mobile phone and Google Uncle study is so tough. For our all assignments, the most powerful weapon we have is the Google. Moreover in this pandemics situation Google helped university students a lot to solve their online paper and maintain their good CGPA. That's why I say mobile phone is necessary and helping us a lot for our study in this era of technology.

3- Mobile Phone Is The Good Source Of Entertainment:

Entertainment is necessary to keep our mood and mind refresh after the busy day. But if we watched dramas or our favourite shows it's take our lot of time because of the commerical break. But same if we watched the drama on YouTube, it save our somehow time. So I always preferred to watch my favourite drama and shows on YouTube instead of TV screen. But If I talked about 5 to 6 years, I stopped watching the dramas just because of my busy study schedule. Because am getting bored because of long commercial break. But now due to the mobile, I downloaded my all favourite drama episodes and when in mood start watching them. So I say mobile phone make our life easier.

4-We Can Earn Money Online Through Our Smartphone:

Unemployment is the biggest problem of developing countries. But if you are educated, skilled and have interest in earning you can earn a handsome amount of money from your Mobile. It's all depend on your interest but Alahamdulilah Pakistan is also going good in freelancing and lots of people earned handsome amount of money by working in home. According to this facility, mobile phone is good, better and best.

5-Online Shopping:

Due to the smartphone and now due to Coronavirus, digital marketing is on trending. Now we don't need to go out for shopping, everything is provided in home. Between I loved this trend Because doing shopping from the market is the tough experience. And after the two times of shopping experience I didn't find any low quality stuff, so from the next time, I prefer online shopping instead of going to the market.

Summary:

Thus mobile phone helping us a lot in every field of life from communication to entertainment and from online earning to online shopping. Besides this we can also pay different types of bills through our mobiles and also transfer out money from bank account to different mobile apps. Thus mobile phone gave us a lots of comfortness in this era of technology.

★Negative Effects Of Mobile:

Everything has pros and cons and same as mobile phone also has lots of disadvantages and our young generation used this technology in a very bad way. Let's discuss how:

1- Not Adults Our Children Are Also Got Addicted Of Mobile:

Few days ago I was traveling in local bus and two of the cute baby girl aged of 2-3 years were also traveling there with their Mom and grandmother one is weeping to go outside and others are were also start doing this that her Mom opened YouTube and played some of the Cartoon there and she got happy and the remaining all traveling they spend it in watching different types of cartoon. Lol, I remembered my childhood when we are totally unaware of these things and Mom gave us toys to bring smile on our face.

But now time has changed, now even the 9, 10 years old children have the mobile phones, And example is found in our home my little sister is getting addictive of the mobile phone and after coming back from the school he spent his all time in watching dramas and playing different types of online games and that's so harmful. Instead of playing attention on studies children wasted their time in online gaming.

2-Mobile Phone Is So Harmful For Our Health:

I don't talk about others am talking about myself lol am also too much addicted of mobile phones. After graduation as now am free so from morning to night my all time just spent on Mobile. And from the past days I installed a game in my mobile and due to the continuously playing them am feeling so painful headache and also pains in my eyes. So I just say it use it moderately otherwise it's so dangerous for our health.

Summary:

According to my point of view, these are just harmful aspects of using the mobile first it's getting damaged of our youth by getting addicted of different types of social media app and online games, and youth is the future of every country so it's the responsibility of parents to save their children from bad use of mobile phone.

Concluding Thoughts:

Besides some harmful effects, smartphone play a very important role, especially mine and I say am appeared physically in the earth but my soul is rotating around the mobile. Although it's affected my life to some extent badly , but there are also bundle of positive impacts of Mobile on my life and am always try my best to remove the negativity of mobile phone from my life. And i know that everyone who will read my article are those who used their smartphones positively and try to explore something new. So if there are still some Mobile negativity found in you then try to overcome I will also try my best.
