Cycling Exercise Happy Wednesday, everyone! The weather today is beautiful, as you can see in the photo I took after I finished the 30 minutes cycling exercise. I wasn't able to do this since our work started in Porac. We will be back there tomorrow after our four days vacation. Sweating in the morning makes you feel better. How is your day, friends? The weather here has been good all day. You can see the beautiful, clear sky when we're just going to our job site. It was 6:30 in the morning there. Cycling Exercise In Gloomy Weather We have gloomy weather here right now, as you can see in the picture. But I did enjoy a 30 minutes cycling workout today. Afterward, I bought noodle soup and spaghetti for our breakfast. I didn't capture it because it was the same as the one I posted four days ago. I'll skip food posting first. Late Post This morning when I did my biking exercise, I took a photo of the rice fields I passed by that were about to be harvested. There are only a few rice fields in our area because they were sold out and became subdivisions. When I got home, my wife and I had breakfast, and then she washed the bedsheets, blankets and pillows.
