Ice Cream and Mangoes In today’s extreme heat, we always want to take a bath, swim, or eat something refreshing like ice cream! My wife was happy, as she served me ice cream, because this morning after I did bike exercise for 30 minutes, before I went home, I bought mangoes. I brought extra money, because last time I only had 100 pesos in my pocket, so I only bought 3 pieces because it was 120 per kilo. Sinigang na Bangus Katatapos lang naming mag-dinner. Bago kami kumain pinicture ko muna ang kaluluto ni misis na sinigang na Bangus. Ni-request ko sa kaniya ito kasi nag-crave ako nang minsang makita ko dito na sinigang na Bangus ang ulam ng isang ka-noise. Kaya pinagbigyan naman niya ako. Nang sandukin niya sabi ko pi-picturan ko muna hehe .. Kaya heto nga may ipo-post ako. Ilang araw din akong di nag-post. Kayo mga ka-noise, nag-dinner na ba kayo? Anong ulam niyo at baka…

Hello Pilipinas! Kumusta na mga kaibigang ka-noise! Binilhan ko naman kanina si misis ng ice cream at cheese bread, para maiba naman. Eksakto ito sa mainit na panahon. At ang appreciative kong wifey, natuwa na naman siya sa dala kong ito, kasi bukod sa fruit lover siya, ice cream lover din naman siya. Sa tuwing kakain nga kami sa labas lalo na noong bago pa lang kami kahit anong kainin namin tiyak ibibilin niya sa akin "order ka rin ng ice cream, serve later na lang". Kaya…

Tree Fruit I went to Bataan this morning, but I just went back and forth because I needed to pick up what I had left there so I could use it here. As expected, my brother sent me the fruits of his crops, such as Jackfruit, Saba bananas, and mangoes. Of course, my appreciative wife was happy again. These are some of her favorite tree fruits. Almost every day she buys banana (Latundan), because she knows they are rich in potassium. I researched if it was the same as banana…
