If they don't sell their expensive products they ask the manufacturer to reduce them. This is what we see in our stores now. Half baked goods, bars and even bird feed. Some things are free. Like apples in a public place. I hope you still have cheap food and cheap energy. if so, you are lucky to live in your country.

We don't have cheap food in my country. Inflation is touching to moon because of covid.. But I consider that every shopkeeper should take limited profit..
Prices of everything creeped up so much this year. I really see no reasonable reason for this to happen apart from greed :/
For food and oil, I think it's still affordable here except for imported production, which can't be contained.
Same here, Roman :( Prices went up over the past year, on everything. Everything! Our life is definitely more expensive right now.
There are no 1/4 that selling that affordable to buy
We dont have cheap apples here. Lucky are the people who live near that apple tree.
almost the same here.. but less free items.. but lots of free smiles :) we Filipinos love to smile amidst the poverty and all..
You are lucky. I don't think it's easy to get free. Only thing is I have to go to events that are sponsored.
The only thing that increases in a certain period of time is gasoline it affects everything in our place, most of the items all sort of goods increase due to fuel increase. but then again we can still buy things from our local market where we can buy cheap products like fruits and livestock and poultry items
There's no cheap to buy here in the city but if in the province life where we can grow our own, a lot are free.😊
