Marianas Snailfish

When I take a handful of water in my hand and give it to my face or when I sprinkle water on my friends at school in a funny way, can you imagine how many mysteries are involved with this water !!!

I don't know how many unknown fish families have formed at the bottom of the sea ....!

Unlike the fish we see every day, there may be strange groups of strange fish living there .... I don't know how deep the fish world has ended ...!

The deepest sea bay in the world is called the Mariana Trench or Mariana Trench. It is located 200 km from Mariana Island. It is located west of the Pacific Ocean in the east. Its depth is estimated at 11034 meters (36201 feet).

Many species of fish are also living here.

One of their species is the Mariana snailfish.

Scientific name of Mariana snailfish: Pseudoliparis swirei.

Classification of:

Kingdom: Animalia

Episode (Phylum): Chordata

Class: Actinopterygii

Order: Scorpaeniformes

Family: Liparidae

Genus: Pseudoliparis

Species: P. swirei

It is also called Mariana Hadal Snailfish because it is located in the Hadal zone (8000 to 11000 m).

Is there anything special about this fish that you need to know about? Hmmm ??

The Mariana snailfish is probably the deepest fish in the world to date, caught at a depth of 696 meters (26,135 feet).

How was the Mariana Snifffish first named and invented?

The first specimens of this fish were caught during the voyage of the Falkor research ship. Nets designed for deep-water or deep-water are used to catch mariana snailfish and reduce damage during climbing.

Mackerel is used as bait (Mackerel (Mackerel is a common name for various species of pelagic fish, most of which belong to the Scombridae family).

The fish was named Pseudoliparis swirei in honor of Herbert Swire, a 19th-century explorer who discovered the Mariana Trench.

The first specimen of this species was caught on November 15, 2014. The second specimen of this species was caught on 29 January 2017 by the research ship Shinyo-maru.

Has there ever been a demand for more deep-seated fish from the depths of the Mariana snailfish?

Abyssobrotula galatheae was thought to be the deepest fish caught at a depth of 6360 m. However, this fish was probably caught through a non-closing net. .So probably caught in a shallow way.

Also Echiodon neotes

Who was caught at a depth of 6200 to 6300 meters. But it was in the open water, not at the bottom of the sea.

And the latest is the ethereal snailfish at a depth of more than 6000 meters, but it can only be seen in pictures and remains indescribable ....

But what is the physical constitution of Mariana Snailfish?

The Mariana snailfish looks like a banyan tree, transparent. It has unbroken skin, thin and incompletely joined bones, and a swollen abdomen. It grows to a length of 26.8 cm (11.3 inches) and weighs up to 180 grams (0.35 lb).

Mariana snailfish feed on small crustaceans and lay relatively large eggs 1 cm (. 4 inches) in diameter.

Phylogenetic analysis shows that it separated from the species on the seabed 20 million years ago and created many genetic variations.

How do they stay in the headal zone ???

The headal zone (6000-11000 m) is one of the most unfavorable places in the world because of high hydrostatic pressure, darkness, limited food, low temperature.

Living in a dark environment has caused some of the photoreceptor genes in the headal snailfish to fade, resulting in poor visual acuity. Stay .........

Well, I understand everything, but still many people have a question: how do they live under such deep pressure? Hmmm ??

Mariana snailfish use their soft skeletons and partially open skulls to survive extreme stress. They have no air sacs or other sacs so they are not harmed by extreme pressure. The pressure they can bear .......

Much more like the Marianas Snailfish may remain at that depth, waiting to be invented .......
