I have a big problem to sleep. Beacuse my sleep is very small. Now at 1 am still my sleep can't come. Now it's everyday problems. I sleep at midnight and weak early also. Yesterday i goes to sleep at 1:30 am and weakup 6 am.
Now what can i should do? Please everyone gives me tips in comments box.
Sleep is forbidden in the eyes of many people. Sleep is a comfortable bed. I need a comfortable bed. I can sleep happily. People need a good physical and mental health.
