No Fear
Fear is a natural and normal thing in humans. However, fear that is nurtured over and over again will result in a fear that can take over these thoughts and feelings.
Fear can destroy us with an impulse that keeps us from imagining the worst-case scenario of things. People who are shackled by fear tend to think "what if...", Fear also creates worries that reduce the quality of our lives.
Have you ever experienced a situation where you are always surprised by the phone ringing in the middle of the night, and imagine that the situation bad has happened? Or do you often think about bad possibilities when your loved ones go somewhere?
Fear is manifested in different ways. Many people are afraid of tragic events, eventually ending up using sedative drugs, even committing suicide. Fear can change a person's life in a very dramatic way.
One way to destroy fear is to live for the day. The vicious circle of fear can only be broken when you decide to live to the fullest in the present, instead of dwelling on events that may occur in the future.
This is the easiest way to get rid of fear. Remember that the past is past and done and the future has not yet happened, so you don't have to be afraid of it. Fill your life in the present to do things that impact your mental health such as meditation, prayer, gardening, painting, interacting with children, and volunteering.
When we are overcome by fear, remind ourselves with the following slogan “One day at a time”.
Live only for the present. This will help us to relieve our fears and worries. Happy life for today, may we be happy !!
